I grew up with pets and one of my first responsibilities as a kid was to take care of the family pets. At 22, I adopted my first cat of my own. Since meeting my husband 13 years ago, we’ve shared our home with five wonderful cats; we currently live with our two kids, two cats and and our sweet rescue dog, Bodie. We truly understand that every pet has their own unique personality—whether they're playful and energetic, shy and sensitive, or somewhere in between. We have a big backyard for playtime and are just minutes from the greenway, perfect for long, scenic walks. If needed, we have a dog crate available for pets who are crate-trained. For pets who feel most at ease in their own home, we’re happy to provide care there too! Madelynn was awesome! I’ve had my dog for six years, but this was the first time leaving the country since having her. I was a bit nervous just because I wouldn’t be having a family friend watch her and if something were to go wrong it’s a lot harder to get home. Madelynn was so great about keeping me updated, letting me know everything was going smooth. She was a quick communicator anytime I reached out. My dog even kept a regular eating schedule, which is unlike her when I’m traveling. So I know that means she felt comfortable too. The cherry on top was Madelynn letting me know that she had changed and washed the sheets so that was a nice surprise and one less thing I had to do when I got home. I would definitely recommend her to other people that need a great pet/home sitter.

Wesley was so kind, flexible and responsive during a last minute trip I had to take and then extend. He kept me updated with notes and pictures everyday. He had to deal with pretty severe snow and bad weather while I was gone and handled everything with grace and kindness. Wesley is trustworthy, professional and I always feel that that my dog is in good hands with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will continue to book Wesley for future walks and vacations!
Meredith really went above and beyond on this most recent trip for us! We went out of town just before the big snowstorm in Charlotte, and she was very consistent and timely taking care of Daisy despite the weather. We’re so grateful to have her travel across town in less than ideal conditions, especially on a steeper hill nearby. Daisy got to play in the snow, and always got her treats and meds on time. So grateful for the help!
Reagan is incredible! It was our first time having someone dog sit at our house, but she quickly put us at ease. She took great care of the pups and our home. She had excellent communication and sent fun updates and pictures. We definitely plan on booking with her again!!
Sydney was amazing! She took GREAT care of our 5 month old Goldendoodle puppy (which is a very hands on task since she’s so young!), and kept us updated throughout our trip - gave us peace of mind knowing our puppy was in the best hands while we were gone for a few days. Sydney left the house spotless and was a perfect house sitter, she will always be our go to for all our future travel plans!
Lobo, our 12 year old 10lb rescue chihuahua mix approves! Matthew was so patient with him even though Lobo takes a bit to warm up to new people. By the end of their first day together they were buddies. Matthew sent us photo updates daily which really calmed my anxiety about having a new sitter. He paid good attention when touring the house and meeting Lobo for the first time, asking lots of good questions. We came home to a clean kitchen and the guest room already put back together after his stay too! He’s definitely our new top pick dog/house sitter from the area!
Tesa did a great job with my dogs over the weekend and I will definitely be reaching out again for future requests! She sent pictures and updates all 3 days and they always looked so happy and content in the pictures. Was able to enjoy my trip and not worry and I am very thankful!
