About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have cared for many others’ pups over the years. Dogs naturally gravitate toward me — I’m often the one at the party sitting on the floor petting the dog 😊 I’m calm, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. Whether your dog needs exercise, companionship, or a reliable check-in while you’re away, you can trust that they’ll be in caring hands. As an artist and animal lover, I also create custom pet portraits in my free time! I have a flexible schedule and am available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. I’m happy to help with morning, midday, or evening care on weekdays, and I’m also available on weekends. If you have specific timing needs, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to check my availability. I currently focus on dog walking and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. I unfortunately do not offer daycare or overnight stays. During each visit, I give your pet my full attention and make sure they receive the care, affection, and exercise they need. You can expect clear communication, punctuality, and photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

A few days before our planned trip my Rusty’s heart murmur increased to a grade 5 and he went on heart medication twice per day. Heather watched over him and kept a very detailed care diary for me since it was his first week on the medication. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos throughout their time together. Heather really put me at ease and gave me peace of mind leaving Rusty for a few days after some medical changes. Rusty really seemed at ease with her. I cannot sing her praises enough. I will definitely book with her again.”

About: I’m a proud dog dad to a 3-year-old Bernedoodle I’ve raised since she was a puppy, so I know firsthand what it takes to care for dogs at every stage — from the chaos of puppyhood to navigating special needs and behavioral quirks. Through raising my own pup, I’ve built real patience and hands-on experience with potty training, kennel training, and dogs that come with special instructions. My dog has her own unique needs around resource guarding and meeting strangers, so I understand how to read a dog’s boundaries and respond with calm, respectful care rather than force. When I’m not with my own girl, you’ll probably find me stopping strangers on the street just to pet their dog. I love taking my Bernedoodle to Skiptown to keep her socialized, and that same energy and enthusiasm is what I bring to every pup I care for. Your dog isn’t just a booking to me — they’re family I work remotely in the huntersville area, and I manage my own schedule so I’m very flexible on times I’m needed. I have weekends available as well. I’m free mornings till nights, excluding early mornings before 9AM. When caring for pets in your home, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I follow any instructions you leave to the letter, whether that’s feeding schedules, leash rules, or how your dog likes to be approached. I’m experienced with dogs that have special needs like resource guarding or stranger anxiety, so I know how to respect boundaries and never push a dog past their comfort zone. Your home and pup will be treated with the same care and respect as my own.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for many years. I grew up with a German Shepherd, Rottweiler mix, and Silky Terrier, and I currently own a Toy Australian Shepherd. I’ve also cared for my partners full size Australian Shepherd when he’s away. Having dogs of different sizes and personalities has taught me that every pet has unique needs. I understand the importance of consistency, exercise, patience, and following an owner’s routine. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while providing owners with peace of mind when they’re away. My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to be available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and will work to ensure they receive the care and attention they need. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, and routines. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet and entering your home. During visits, I’ll make sure your pet is secure, comfortable, and cared for while providing updates and photos.
