Even when our dog blew out her knee between the meet and greet and stay, I reached out to make sure Shelly would still be comfortable. She was able to handle all the instructions and take great care of our dog who needed a little extra attention and care. From our first interaction, Karyna was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to Rosie’s needs and personality. Rosie can be a bit shy at first, but Karyna took the time to make her feel comfortable, and it was clear from all the updates that Rosie quickly felt at home with her. Karyna sent plenty of photos and messages, so I always knew Rosie was happy, healthy, and having a great time. She went above and beyond to keep Rosie’s routine consistent and even spent extra time with her playing her favorite games and giving her belly rubs, which Rosie absolutely loved.”
