“Tera was great with our 2 GSPs. She was home with them most of the time and updated us frequently. They are scared of thunderstorms and she comforted them through the night of storms. Would love to use Tera again for the next time we go out of town.”
“Brittany was a delight to work with. She was professional, timely and thoroughly followed our directions. She took extra special care of our two dogs while we were away. She sent daily updates and pictures. She was able to appropriately handle whatever came up. I highly recommend Brittany. You will not be disappointed.”

“Liz was so great with Finn- she was willing to watch him on a last minute notice, and sent us updates and photos. We could tell Finny was loving her company. We will definitely use her in the future!”

“This was our first time using Rover and what a great experience. Edgar was a pleasure to work with and our dogs were happy and relaxed when we returned home. Highly recommend Edgar and we look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“Our pets are always happy when we return to the house after Lauren has taken such good care of them. The cat has had her medicine and the dog has been entertained. Thank you, Lauren.”

“Stephanie was wonderful! She went over and beyond what she was paid to do and I am so impressed. She took great care of my two fur kids, Cooper ( dog) and Squig ( cat). I wanted someone that would stay the night, give them each their meds and keep them company...when Stephanie encountered any challenges, as in how to convince Cooper to go out and potty, she texted me and followed up on my suggestions. Cooper can be a bit quirky, and yes, fortune cookies are a great bribe, lol. She sent me so many pictures and updates that assured me these two were in good hands and left me without a thing to worry about. I have been looking for a good pet sitter since moving here three years ago, and feel very blessed to have found Stephanie!!”

“Amy was AMAZING!! She took such great care of my dog plus my son’s! She took them on really long walks and made sure they got plenty of cuddle time too! Amy’s communication the whole time was top-notch and she sent me so many pictures. Can’t wait to use here again on the next trip! Amy also took great care of my home!”

“Alan was wonderful with the dogs and provided us lots of updates. Our one pup is extremely fearful around new people but Alan did so good just letting her come to him on her own time. This was the first time in years we used a sitter that wasn’t a family member but it was so smooth and we were able to enjoy our time away without much stress about our pups left behind.”

“Monica was very loving to both my dogs who were also adjusting to a new home. She was very patient with both of them and was very good about keeping me up-to-date on how things were going. I would highly recommend her to take care of your furry babies..”

“Lauren is beyond exceptional! She is very thorough with updates throughout the day and includes plenty of pics which we really appreciated. Not only did she take great care of our pups but also took pride in caring for our home as her own. Lauren is everything we have been looking for in a sitter; caring, loyal and respectful. We’ve already booked her for our next trip!”

“If I could give Richard more than five stars, I would. Leaving our beloved Oliver and Stella for a week while we traveled to Colorado was much easier because of Richard. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful, but what really stood out was his communication. He kept us updated on everything, from eating habits and supplements to potty breaks and sleeping arrangements. We never had to wonder how they were doing because Richard always let us know. He paid attention to details that mattered and genuinely cared about their safety. When the weather was extremely hot, he adjusted their routine accordingly and made sure they stayed comfortable rather than risking walks in unsafe temperatures. It was also clear that Oliver and Stella adored him. They cuddled with him, sat on his lap, and settled in beautifully. Those little updates meant the world to us and showed just how much love and attention they were receiving. Richard is exactly the kind of person you hope to find when trusting someone with your pets: caring, responsible, attentive, and genuinely invested in their happiness. We would absolutely book with him again and honestly hope he becomes our permanent sitter whenever we're away. Oliver and Stella give him two paws way up!”

“Anthony was attentive and communicated well through text messages and daily pics. I felt comfortable with him watching Bud and Finn. Will work with him again! Thank you!”

“Second time having Eric as a sitter for my pups. He seems to do a great job in taking care of the dogs while they are in his care. He is all about making sure your animals are cared for as they should be. Would hire for a 3rd time!”

About: Dogs have been the center of my life for over 16 years. My journey started with my two little terriers. A Yorkie and a Silky Terrier who quickly turned my love for animals into a lifelong passion and purpose. Over the years I became the person friends, family, and neighbors call when they find an animal in need. Whether it's helping rescue a neglected dog, connecting someone with a shelter, or stepping in to care for a pet, I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to advocate for animals who can’t speak for themselves. In August 2023 I lost my soul dog, Lola, and the grief was overwhelming. In her honor, I began volunteering at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Shelter in October 2023. Helping the dogs there reminded me how much love I still had to give. Since then I’ve fostered dogs for the shelter as well as local rescues like Peanut’s Place Small Dog Rescue and FurBabies Animal Rescue. Every foster that has passed through my home has received my full heart and dedication, and seeing them find loving homes has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In 2024 I foster-failed with my sweet girl Lacey, who reminded me so much of Lola and became a permanent part of my family. Caring for rescue dogs has given me experience with dogs of many breeds, temperaments, and ages, from shy and scared pups to energetic personalities who just need guidance and love. Dogs aren’t just pets to me, they are family. I treat every dog in my care the same way I treat my own. I am currently working part-time, so I am home most of the day. My schedule is flexible and can make myself available for walks and feedings morning midday afternoons and evenings as needed. Providing a safe, loving, and calm environment is always my top priority. I live in a townhome with a small fenced backyard, and our neighborhood is extremely dog-friendly. Many of my neighbors have dogs, so I’m constantly out walking my dog and foster pups making sure they get exercise, enrichment, and fresh air. When caring for dogs in my home or yours, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as much as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also understand that every dog has a unique personality and comfort level, so I always take the time to learn their needs and boundaries. Safety and trust are incredibly important to me. I pay close attention to body language, keep a clean and calm environment, and ensure dogs always feel secure and comfortable. My experience volunteering, fostering, and walking dogs has helped me become very attentive to changes in behavior, energy, and stress levels. Whether your dog needs a relaxing walk, overnight care, or just someone to keep them company while you're away, you can trust that they will receive patience, love, and attentive care. As a bonus, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate with even more pet parents in our community.
“Adam was amazing and took great care of our girl, Bug. We have been looking for a dog sitter for over two years as our dog is dog aggressive and can be a lot to handle. Adam quickly learned to use both the e-collar and pinch collar given to us by our trainers. He sent us updates and followed our instructions to a tee. He was an amazing dog sitter and truly cares about your pets. I couldn’t thank him enough for staying with Bug. If you are skeptical about having someone watch your dog or stay in your house, Adam is a great fit and cares for your pets and possessions. We came back to a happy girl and clean apartment. Thank you, Adam!”

“Kirbi was such an amazing sitter, I highly recommend booking with her! Her communication was amazing, she sent me pictures and updates of Izzy when I was gone, I know she took very good care of my dog. Kirbi stayed at my house and was very respectful of our home and left it in great condition. I will definitely be re-booking with her!”

“I’m so grateful for the care and kindness she showed Sammy. I had to come home early due to some health challenges, and she was incredibly understanding and communicative throughout everything. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Sammy was in such caring hands. Highly recommend!”

“Anna was great with the boys and very communicative during her stay, sending plenty of messages and pictures to keep me updated. The boys were in great hands, and I will reach out to Anna again and can highly recommend her.”

Eric looked after our two German shepherds for us and did an excellent job. Everyday we got updates on our pups along with photos which is always very appreciated - his communication was excellent and reassured us our boys were being well cared for. Eric also looked after our house and brought in mail, packages and left it tidy. We feel very lucky to have found Eric and will 100% use his services again. We could tell our pups loved him as well!

Megan was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs! She cared for our reluctant Labrador and our very persnickety Rottweiler, both of whom have their own special instructions and unique personalities. Megan took the time to make them both feel comfortable, safe, and loved while we were away. She communicated with us throughout our entire trip, which gave us such peace of mind, and we looked forward to the daily pictures and updates. It was so reassuring to see our pups happy and well cared for while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be calling her again. We highly recommend Megan!

David was a fantastic sitter. We reached out to him last minute for a 2+ week sit and he was prompt with his responses and flexible to all of our pet care needs. We received detailed updates and photos daily, and we could tell he really cared about our pets. Based on the photos and happy fur babies we came home to, we could tell they were comfortable and enjoyed their time with him too! He was proactive in asking questions, took the time to get to know our pets and left our house tidy. We would absolutely welcome him back to sit for us again.

Liz was absolutely wonderful. She stayed for 3 nights with our little loving "menace" puppy, when we came home he seemed happy and healthy much different than the one time he's was for two nights at a pet hotel, but most importantly he seemed truly happy with her.. Liz sent us daily updates, pictures, very communicative and respectful, but also friendly. We will definitely have her again if we need a sitter, no doubt.

Olivia did a GREAT job taking care of our dogs! She sent daily updates and pictures which we appreciated because we knew she was being very attentive and loving towards them. We came home to happy dogs and a well-cared for house! We would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!
Dayuna did amazing with my 2 pups! She was super sweet and caring for them. Got lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay. also left the house exactly how i left it, all very clean as no one came over! highly highly recommend her to watch your fur babies!!

Me & My Girlfriend had a last minute cancellation on our pet sitter and reached out to Johanna last minute to see if she was available to watch our two pups. Luckily, she had availability and was able to watch them while we were out of town. She kept an open line by always sending us updates or pictures which we loved. Her compassion towards animals creates a worry free experience when she’s watching them. Frank and Whiskey loved having her over to take care of them and she even brought them special treats from home. We will continue to reach out to Johanna for all our pet sitting needs. She is truly a gem.
