From our first interaction, Karyna was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to Rosie’s needs and personality. Rosie can be a bit shy at first, but Karyna took the time to make her feel comfortable, and it was clear from all the updates that Rosie quickly felt at home with her. During the meet and greet, and upon first arrival for the sitting Sirius can be skiddish, but this couple knew what to do to get him to warm up and be comfortable! Lindsay was great and very communicative. I’ve had the same dog sitter for 10 years and they moved so starting over had me a bit nervous. But Lindsay was great about asking questions and I felt very comfortable with leaving Stanley in her hands. I will def reach out to Lindsay in the future. It’s a relief when you can leave your pet and feel at ease while gone.
Me & My Girlfriend had a last minute cancellation on our pet sitter and reached out to Johanna last minute to see if she was available to watch our two pups. Luckily, she had availability and was able to watch them while we were out of town. She kept an open line by always sending us updates or pictures which we loved. Her compassion towards animals creates a worry free experience when she’s watching them. Frank and Whiskey loved having her over to take care of them and she even brought them special treats from home. We will continue to reach out to Johanna for all our pet sitting needs. She is truly a gem.
Shelbie was absolutely fantastic. Pacer is a lot of work and needs help walking around and Shelbie was very kind patient and gentle with him. He also takes lots of medications and she was great with that as well. This was our first time with Shelbie but it won’t be our last!
We were so impressed with Ava’s communication and punctuality. Ava is such a kind and caring person. She came over for two meet and greets with our very reactive rescue. Ava was so gentle with Gracie, and I know that Gracie would have had a successful stay with Ava. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our travel plans unexpectedly, but we plan to book Ava for future stays.
Julie did a great job with my three dogs to of whom are quite elderly. She ensured they got all of their meds and catered to my elderly rat terrier's pickiness. One of the dogs got sick while Julie was with them and she went the extra mile to care for her and stay in close contact with me. Thank you Julie.
Megan was fantastic! She went above and beyond taking care of our boy and our home for a boarding service. She was very communicative and sent lots of updates and pictures. She was able to handle our dog on walks who has some leash reactivity. She had also come over for a meet and greet before booking. I will definitely be reaching back out to Megan in the future. Tera stayed with our little baby for over a week. During the time we were away, Tera kept me informed as to how our angel was doing and sent multiple photos that cheered me! Tera also was very aware of the deer in the yard and our return flight. She was more than willing to come back that morning if there was a complication which eased my anxiety. Upon our return we found the house clean and our precious girl completely well cared for! Thank you Tera!!!
Meredith really went above and beyond on this most recent trip for us! We went out of town just before the big snowstorm in Charlotte, and she was very consistent and timely taking care of Daisy despite the weather. We’re so grateful to have her travel across town in less than ideal conditions, especially on a steeper hill nearby. Daisy got to play in the snow, and always got her treats and meds on time. So grateful for the help!
Reagan is incredible! It was our first time having someone dog sit at our house, but she quickly put us at ease. She took great care of the pups and our home. She had excellent communication and sent fun updates and pictures. We definitely plan on booking with her again!!
