“Monica is an amazing dog sitter! She’s reliable, caring, and treated our pups Kevin and Sara like family. Came home to happy, well-cared-for dogs…we highly recommend!”

“Ashley and Robert are incredibly kind and took such great care of my boy! Ren had the best time exploring and snuggling. Will 100000% book with them again.”

“Meghan was incredible! Very attentive, quick to respond. Social with the dogs and eager to get them activity. She in home sat for us and our apartment was in excellent shape when we returned. The best experience we’ve had on Rover to date. Thank you!”

“We left our three dogs in Stephanie’s care for the weekend, and they were great! It was our first time hiring a sitter, so we were a bit nervous. We loved getting the many pictures and updates!! We will definitely be using her again!!”

“Nicole was fantastic from start to finish. She was very communicable and made sure my pup was well-loved and taken care of. Dixie got along with her so well!”

“I can't recommend Karyna enough! She recently stayed with my dog, Rosie, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From our first interaction, Karyna was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to Rosie’s needs and personality. Rosie can be a bit shy at first, but Karyna took the time to make her feel comfortable, and it was clear from all the updates that Rosie quickly felt at home with her. Karyna sent plenty of photos and messages, so I always knew Rosie was happy, healthy, and having a great time. She went above and beyond to keep Rosie’s routine consistent and even spent extra time with her playing her favorite games and giving her belly rubs, which Rosie absolutely loved.”

“Nikki did such an amazing job caring for our two pups during a 4 day house sitting. As littermates, they needed someone with extra patience and experience handling their occasional reactivity. She really took the time to get to know them and understand their individual behaviors. Nikki made us feel so comfortable with regular updates, and adorable pictures. She even managed to leave the house cleaner than when she arrived! Next booking is just weeks away, twice as long, and we have no doubts that she'll be fantastic with them again!”

“Adam watched our two dogs Josie and Gordon while we were gone for the weekend and was amazing! He provided updates throughout the day and took them on many walks/played with them outside - we knew they were in great hands while we were gone. He also left our house clean! We trust Adam watching them and know they had a great time. We’ll be booking again in the future!”

“Came home tired from our six-day vacation to find our dogs fed and happy, the dishwasher just finishing up, and bedding in the dryer. The two dogs had been walked daily, fed a complicated menu, and given meds as instructed. They had been enticed into sleeping in our bed with Andrew, as we had hoped (hence the dryer). Both dogs have anxiety issues—one a rescue, one the product of a puppy mill. They require patience and a calm, warm touch. Andrew gave us all of the above and more, plus regular updates and photos. We feel free to travel now that we know our pups will be fine without us. We look forward to seeing Andrew again.”

“Helen was wonderful with our furbaby and our home! We had used another sitter(not Rover) and that was a disaster so we were nervous but she took great care of our dog and sent lots of pics of him- he is very anxious when we are gone but he was so happy with her! We will definitely have her stay again!!”

About: I'm a cat mom of two, Henry and Chloe, but I've been caring for cats for as long as I can remember. Rest assured, I will take care of your cats as if they were my own, providing loads of cuddles and a calm environment. I will clean the litter boxes, feed and give water, and play with them. I will follow all of your instructions for your cats so you can enjoy your time away! I also care for small to medium sized dogs. I love taking long walks and playing with their favorite toy! We can also visit the local park, if permitted :) I currently work part-time from home , so I am able to spend great amounts of personalized time with your pets (weekdays and ends)! From drop ins to longterm sitting, I am available. I provide feeding, walks and playtime, as well as other household duties like mail collection, trash/recycling and plant care. I will take care of your pet as if they are my own!

“Eric did a great job of taking care of our dogs over the holidays. We had some packages coming and going and he managed all of that as well. We were very thankful to have him.”

“Desiree was so good with our pup! Will be using her again”

About: I have owned and cared for several pets in my life. My own pets have included a Cocker spaniel, a pit bull, and a toy chihuahua. In my care for them I was required to pay attention to their specific needs as they related to their breed and age to ensure their health and happiness. Right now, I have the pleasure of owning a 14-year-old Chinese Crested Powderpuff who despite his age acts like a puppy! Other pets who've come into my care are include American Shorthair Cats, Labrador Retrievers, Daschunds and Corgis. I think those breeds and others require a different range of activity and energy. I was able to be more active and engaging with the daschunds and more laid-back but attentive to the corgis. In general, the pets in my care were met with a caregiver who was willing and excited to meet their individual needs and desires. I also spent most of my senior year in high school volunteering with my nearest SPCA shelter. The coordinators asked us to read to the cats and dogs so they would be used to company in which they are not the focus every single minute. For me, I was able to engage my love of reading while ensuring a good transition for some good pets in need of good homes. Walking: I am a moderately active person and I enjoy both leisurely strolls and more taxing jogs/runs. I am patient and I understand how to generally limit the possibility of a bad walking experience as it relates to other animals and special attention to the animal in my care. I also have a fair amount of upper body strength so the size of dog generally doesn't matter. Drop-Ins/House-Sitting: I find these services to be most enjoyable as I get to just be an accessory to an animal's life and provide for them in one of the simplest ways. I take all tasks seriously and I do not invade the personal space and belongings of owners, as it is not something I would appreciate. I also have experience as a nanny and some of my duties included light cleaning and tidying, which I can do if asked. I work 7AM-4PM on weekdays, so I’m really best for weekend and holiday needs. The best picture of my availability is as follows: Sunday: anytime EXCEPT 9:30AM-2:00PM Monday: after 5PM Tuesday: after 5PM Wednesday: after 5PM Thursday: after 5PM Friday: usually not available but can do late drop-ins Saturday: anytime I try to update my calendar when any of that changes and I try to be flexible. I carefully enter homes to deter escape artists. I ensure that medication is taken on time and per instructions. I avoid leaving animals unattended with tempting/dangerous items.

About: I genuinely love being around animals—cats, dogs, seniors, puppies, all of them. My two cats are gentle and affectionate, and I’ve cared for many types of dogs, from mellow seniors to energetic pups who need long walks and lots of play. What sets me apart is how I approach each animal as an individual. I pay close attention to their body language, respect their boundaries, and adapt to whatever makes them feel safe and relaxed. I’ve given oral medications, helped anxious pets settle in, and I’m calm and confident around shy or sensitive animals. Whether it’s a wild puppy or a senior cat who just wants quiet company, I meet them where they are—with kindness, respect, and steady care. I currently have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending my free time with animals. I’m available most weekdays for walks or drop-ins, and weekends are open for longer visits or overnight stays. Since I already care for my own two cats, pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm—and honestly, I love it. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs, I try to create a calm, clean, and safe environment where they can feel relaxed and secure. I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding, walking, litter, meds—and I pay attention to their body language so I don’t miss signs of stress or discomfort. I always double-check doors, leashes, and fences, and I’m extra mindful with pets that are shy, anxious, or curious escape artists. I give them space when they need it and comfort when they ask for it. My goal is always to help pets feel like they're safe, respected, and not alone—even when their humans are away.

“Julie kept our dog’s routine, sent pictures and left the house perfectly pristine. She was a happy puppy when we got home to her. Will be happy to book with her again!”

“Our Yorkie has crazy separation anxiety, and it takes a lot for us to trust a pet sitter. Dominique was a perfect fit. We were traveling internationally and needed someone to stay with her for more than a week. Dominique sent us updates and pictures, kept us informed with how she was doing, and put our minds at ease. I would use her as a sitter again in an instant, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, responsible caregiver.”
