About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs from Bernese Mountain dogs to an 8 week old pug. I’ve worked with deaf dogs, a dog that was post-op for an ACL tear, and administered medicine if the pet required it. If you have a reactive dog, I may not be the best fit for you, and that’s okay! I have experience with dogs that are reactive to cars, but I prefer not to work with dogs who are reactive to other animals. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. I promise you never have to hear my jokes, but your dogs probably will at some point during our walks.) If you need a weekday dog walker, I’m your gal! You will also have ample notice for any time that I am traveling out of town for shows as my tours are booked the year prior. I had about 10 consistent weekly clients in Pittsburgh working with a business called Happy Tails, but I just moved to Charlotte so I’m looking for new clients! I’m available most weekdays. Weekends are tougher and will depend on my schedule from my full-time job, but I am open to weekends as long as I am in Charlotte. I am very serious about the comfort and safety of your pet. That means I will take the safest route possible (paved sidewalks with low traffic if possible), provide water, and clean up after them when they potty to keep your neighbors happy. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for caring for your animal. I am also open to doing a trial period with your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I bring to every pet. I take time to really understand their routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for—not just watched. I have experience with puppies and can help reinforce basics like potty training, leash walking, and positive behavior in a patient, encouraging way. I’m also great with senior pets, making sure they’re comfortable, sticking to routines or medications, and adjusting care to match their pace. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and I keep you in the loop with regular updates and photos so you always have peace of mind. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own—making sure they’re happy, healthy, and well cared for. 🐾 As a disabled veteran, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m available 24/7 and have the flexibility to give pets consistent, reliable care throughout the day and night. In my apartment: I create a calm, pet-friendly space where they can relax and feel at ease. I stick closely to their usual feeding schedule, walks, and sleep routine so nothing feels out of place. There’s plenty of supervised playtime, attention, and a safe area for rest. I keep things clean, structured, and low-stress so it really feels like a home away from home.

About: I’ve been caring for animals from a small child. Many people have called me the Animal Whisperer because the connection I have with animals and many experiences with animals in my lifetime. 

Our family of three children has owned many dogs and cats giving me experience with pets of different personalities, needs, and routines. I understand that every pet deserves patience, kindness, and individualized care.

I’m a retired IT professional with over 45 years of customer service experience, which gives me the flexibility to work around your pet’s schedule and not the other way around. I’m dependable, punctual, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. In my free time, I love pickleball, walking, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, music DJ, and volunteering in my community. An active lifestyle makes me a great companion for energetic pets, while my calm, patient nature helps shy or senior pets feel comfortable. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with a caring companion, I’ll provide the attention, affection, and reliable care they deserve. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, medications (if needed), walks, litter box or yard cleanup, and playtime. I also understand that many pets simply enjoy companionship, so I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and reassurance while you’re away. I’ll treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. Throughout each visit or stay, I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I’ve always been a huge animal person and have a dog of my own who is very much part of the family. I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet with someone else, so I’ll make sure they’re comfortable, loved, and well taken care of while you’re away. I’m happy to do walks, pop-ins, feeding, playtime, or just hang out with them and give them some company. I’m reliable, communicative, and will absolutely send you pictures because I’d want the same! work full-time during the week, but I’m available most afternoons and evenings for walks and drop-ins, with even more flexibility on weekends. I’m happy to help with everything from a quick potty break and some playtime to a longer walk when your pup needs to get some energy out! Your pet’s safety and routine are always my priority. I’ll follow your feeding instructions closely, make sure fresh water is available, and keep walks safe and appropriate for your dog’s needs and energy level. I’m also big on communication, so you can expect updates and plenty of pictures while your pup is with me!
