My family has been a part of a Golden Retriever rescue foundation for years so we've always had goldens running around. I've been pet sitting since I was a kid, including but not limited to dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, lizards, and plants. I've had virtually no problems with the pets that I've been with other than the occasional scratch during play time. I've always been the first to want to take care of an animal when any one of my friends or family gives me the opportunity. I hope that we can connect and I can meet you and your pets soon! My schedule is very flexible when it comes to petsitting. I work short days in the office so your pet will never be alone too long! I don't have too many plans outside of work and if I do, I'll make sure that the pet comes first! I will follow your instructions to a T. About: I have been taking care of family dogs and my neighbors dogs since I was 10. I also raised my puppy since she was 4 weeks old. I have my own pup, Winnie, and I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and friends since I was very young, along with raising my family dog, Charley, for 14 years. About: I have experience caring for many large and energetic dogs (pitbulls, labs, golden retrievers, etc) as well as smaller dogs (pomeranian, etc) and cats. My family dog is VERY interested in other dogs on walks so I have experience managing that as well as with using a shock collar if that is something an owner would like me to do. I have a very open schedule so I'm almost always able to accept same-day requests as well as recurring ones! I am a graduate student so most of my work is independent, which gives me a very flexible schedule! I am available most days of the week. Brea was wonderful! I had a last minute trip come up and my regular sitter was unavailable. I was very anxious about having someone new take care of my two fur babies. However, Brea did an amazing job, kept them on schedule and made sure I felt comfortable with their care by staying in communication with me all along the way. I highly recommend Brea!!!
I felt so good having Dominique in my home to check on Dorit! I can tell from the photos how much Dorit enjoyed Dominique as well (and she doesn’t enjoy just anybody) and loved that she got both stimulation and cuddle time. I hope we get to use her again in the future! 11/10!
When Christine & Andrew visit my kitties they always make an effort to spend time with them even though they are a bit shy. Shadow immediately took to Christine and loves getting belly rubs. They even go the extra mile to make sure that Marmalade, the neighborhood ginger cat that spends most of his time outside my house or somewhere nearby, gets fed every day while I'm away. They are reliable, nice people that love animals and I highly recommend them.
Colby did a fantastic job taking care of my cats (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) while I was out of the country. He communicated clearly and always let me know my babies were well taken care of.
