My family has been a part of a Golden Retriever rescue foundation for years so we've always had goldens running around. I've been pet sitting since I was a kid, including but not limited to dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, lizards, and plants. I've had virtually no problems with the pets that I've been with other than the occasional scratch during play time. I've always been the first to want to take care of an animal when any one of my friends or family gives me the opportunity. I hope that we can connect and I can meet you and your pets soon! My schedule is very flexible when it comes to petsitting. I work short days in the office so your pet will never be alone too long! I don't have too many plans outside of work and if I do, I'll make sure that the pet comes first! I will follow your instructions to a T. As long as your place is set up for success then there won't be a problem with your pet, your home, or anything else! You set the rules and I'll make sure your pet is happy with them :)

About: I grew up surrounded by dachshunds, so caring for dogs has always been second nature to me. While dachshunds hold a special place in my heart, I truly love all breeds and personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and experienced with both energetic puppies and older dogs who may need extra care and comfort. What sets me apart is the way I focus on making every pet feel safe, loved, and at home, whether we’re going for a walk, playing, or simply cuddling😍 Pet care is just part of my everyday life since it’s such a priority for me. I’m usually free most weekdays and weekends, and of course I also make time for Tink. I take her to Skiptown a few times a week since she can be a stubborn little walker. I love going on the rail trail, and having a furry buddy to join me always makes it even better! I create a calm and relaxed environment with dog TV, provide plenty of love, treats, and give extra comfort to dogs missing their pawrent while they’re away.

About: I’ve been a dog person since 1st grade. I’ve loved everything from my first love & 6lb Yorkie to my craziest/loveliest/best friend 70lb black lab. These days, my soul dog is Harley—50lbs of calm meets spunky. The past 6 years with him have been full of long walks, time with friends, long cuddles with Mom, a cross-country road trip, and lots of carrots and turkey. I’m the kind of person who talks to dogs, notices their little quirks, and makes sure they feel safe and loved. Your dog will be treated like one of my own! I work full-time as a high school counselor and typically have weekday evenings and weekends available to help! P.S. - I would love if my dog Harley could join us. He’s incredibly friendly, calm, and great with other dogs—basically the perfect walking buddy. If your pup enjoys some company, we’d love to have them join our little crew :) happy to set up a meet & greet beforehand to make sure everyone gets along! I am not available for watching pets in my home at this time but stay tuned! If you need me to drop in - I will make sure your animal feels comfortable and cared for during my time with them.
