They took extra care to make sure that she was comfortable and happy during her overnight stay. Harsh's communication before, during (and even after) her stay made me feel comfortable and confident that Bella was being well cared for and in great hands. Harsh and his family seem to be very genuine and authentic about their love for pets... in fact, they embraced Bella in a way that would make me feel comfortable leaving a human child with them! Lol! There is no question, I would use Harsh again!”

“Mia was absolutely fantastic! I went out of town for 10 days and was looking at boarding Knox at a fancy kennel. But since he had never been in one, I changed my mind at the last minute and found Mia. And I am glad I did! Mia has a great set up and Knox had plenty of friends and attention and playtime galore! Mia was also terrific with communication. Even though I was in another country, I could get daily pictures through the app. He was definitely well cared for. I should also mention this was at the time of the hurricane (certainly unplanned) and Mia was great about giving me updates about how he was faring and was prepared to take him in an evacuation plan if the need arose. I would absolutely trust Knox with her again for long term travel and I don't know if Knox will ever visit a boarding facility as long as Mia is available.”

“We have a somewhat neurotic corgi and both Kristine and her mother Snow were very understanding and patient about her special needs. Kristine was traveling so Snow watched our pup for 3 days and I felt that she genuinely cared for her wellbeing, showed her love and that she was safe while we were away. I would have liked a few more updates, but Snow sent enough that I did know how she was doing and that she was OK.”
