About: I bring 5-star hospitality to every pet I care for: reliability, clear communication, and genuine attentiveness. Whether I'm walking your pup through Ballantyne's trails or keeping them comfortable at home, your pet gets focused, loving care and plenty of photo updates. On weekends, you'll find me taking a CMPD pup out for a daycation! I work an 8-4 job and WFH on Thursdays, but can change that day with enough notice. I'm available most weekends as well, and can come early mornings on weekdays if needed. I can't offer boarding at this time, but when I visit your home, I can administer medication (oral, topical, or injections for an extra fee), do some brushing and light grooming, monitor for health issues, send pics and video updates, maintain the feeding schedule, and clean up accidents. And of course I don't mind bringing in mail and packages and watering plants.

From our very first interaction, Lauren took all of my instructions seriously and made sure she understood my dog’s specific triggers, needs, and comfort levels. She was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive, and she created an environment where my dog felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. What meant the most to me was seeing how much my dog came to trust Lauren. By the end of her stay, he was cuddling up with her — something that is a huge deal for a reactive dog and really speaks to the patience, care, and trust Lauren built with him. Lauren also provided regular, reassuring updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my dog was not only being well cared for, but genuinely loved and understood. It is rare to find someone who is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and confident with reactive pets. If you are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and truly caring sitter who can handle specialized needs, I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
Liz was absolutely wonderful. She stayed for 3 nights with our little loving "menace" puppy, when we came home he seemed happy and healthy much different than the one time he's was for two nights at a pet hotel, but most importantly he seemed truly happy with her.. Liz sent us daily updates, pictures, very communicative and respectful, but also friendly. We will definitely have her again if we need a sitter, no doubt.
It was so nice to be able to relax on our trip knowing how well things were going at home with Savannah in charge! She sent daily pictures and updates about the "kids" and they responded so well to her. When we came home the animals had been well cared for and the house had been left in great condition. Christine was so kind and my dogs took to her immediately. She took detailed notes during our meet & greet and was communicative throughout the entire process. One of my dogs was prepping for surgery & she was able to administer medicine with ease. I came home to happy dogs and I will definitely use her again!
We used our first over night service through Rover with Claire. She was a tremendous help with our kitten who had an upset tummy and was having some accidents. We appreciate Claire for dealing with the messes and keeping us updated on how she was feeling. We will definitely continue to use Claire for any drop in or over night stays we might need in the future.
Heather was absolutely awesome! She had very clear and considerate communication the entire time and took the best care of our dogs. She truly cares about your pets having a wonderful experience and makes sure you have nothing to worry about. She did a video chat and visit before her stay to make sure we were a good fit and let the dogs get to know her, which I really appreciated. She made sure she had all the information necessary to care for our doggies exactly how we wanted. She sent darling photos letting us know daily how they were enjoying their time playing lots of fetch. She also left our home in excellent condition and even handled our trash, mail, packages and emptying our dishwasher. She has our highest recommendation and will be our dog sitter as long as we live in Charlotte!
Julie did a great job with my three dogs to of whom are quite elderly. She ensured they got all of their meds and catered to my elderly rat terrier's pickiness. One of the dogs got sick while Julie was with them and she went the extra mile to care for her and stay in close contact with me. Thank you Julie.
