All of our interaction with Clarissa was very positive, from the first appointment to meet "our girls" to a trial run at her suggestion, to the actual care dates. We were confident that she would take their care very seriously. She won over our very shy older dog who in record time, evidenced by lots of photos. This was one of our most pressing concerns and it happened quite quickly. Clarissa is making a career of training dogs so her attention to their behavior with her and with each other was impressive: our newest rescue is a little on the wild side and Clarissa's observations about her were spot on. She told us that she could work on some of the dog's more, shall we say, rambunctious behaviors. We could tell after coming home that the dog was listening more readily to commands. We came home to a clean house, with the bed sheets in the laundry room, the dishes in the dishwasher, an empty kitchen sink and clean counters. In short, we were beyond pleased with the care Clarissa provided and have already discussed future plans with her. Thank you Clarissa, and thank you Rover.”

I’m dependable, attentive, and respectful of your home. I live in Charlotte’s SouthPark neighborhood, have reliable transportation, and especially enjoy providing overnight care so your dog can remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings. “If I could give Richard more than five stars, I would. Leaving our beloved Oliver and Stella for a week while we traveled to Colorado was much easier because of Richard. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful, but what really stood out was his communication. He kept us updated on everything, from eating habits and supplements to potty breaks and sleeping arrangements. We never had to wonder how they were doing because Richard always let us know. He paid attention to details that mattered and genuinely cared about their safety. When the weather was extremely hot, he adjusted their routine accordingly and made sure they stayed comfortable rather than risking walks in unsafe temperatures. It was also clear that Oliver and Stella adored him. They cuddled with him, sat on his lap, and settled in beautifully. Those little updates meant the world to us and showed just how much love and attention they were receiving. Richard is exactly the kind of person you hope to find when trusting someone with your pets: caring, responsible, attentive, and genuinely invested in their happiness.
