About: I bring 5-star hospitality to every pet I care for: reliability, clear communication, and genuine attentiveness. Whether I'm walking your pup through Ballantyne's trails or keeping them comfortable at home, your pet gets focused, loving care and plenty of photo updates. On weekends, you'll find me taking a CMPD pup out for a daycation! I work an 8-4 job and WFH on Thursdays, but can change that day with enough notice. I'm available most weekends as well, and can come early mornings on weekdays if needed. I can't offer boarding at this time, but when I visit your home, I can administer medication (oral, topical, or injections for an extra fee), do some brushing and light grooming, monitor for health issues, send pics and video updates, maintain the feeding schedule, and clean up accidents. And of course I don't mind bringing in mail and packages and watering plants.

About: I've owned & taken care of different dogs over the past 20+ years; from 5 weeks to elderly. I have experience in potty training, administering medicine, after surgery care, to end of life care. I'm known to have a love for dogs. My family, friends & neighbors trust me to look in on and/or care for their pets in my home when they go out of town. My main goal is to provide a loving, safe & interactive experience for the dog while in my care as well as to reassure the pet parent through regular updates including pictures & videos. My home is very dog friendly. It includes a big backyard, a comfy dog bed, dog friendly furniture, proper water/food bowls & a toy chest full of dog toys. I am currently working from home. Whether your dog/family member enjoys walks, backyard play or napping, I have plenty of time to give them my unlimited attention. I'm available for boarding during the week as well as weekends. My home is very dog friendly and safe. I have a large fenced in backyard if your dog likes outside time to play or enjoy the weather. Inside I have a dog bed, dog friendly furniture and a lot of doggy toys. No other animals are in the home.

Caring for a reactive dog requires so much patience, understanding, and attention to detail, and Lauren handled everything flawlessly. From our very first interaction, Lauren took all of my instructions seriously and made sure she understood my dog’s specific triggers, needs, and comfort levels. She was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive, and she created an environment where my dog felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. What meant the most to me was seeing how much my dog came to trust Lauren. By the end of her stay, he was cuddling up with her — something that is a huge deal for a reactive dog and really speaks to the patience, care, and trust Lauren built with him. Lauren also provided regular, reassuring updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my dog was not only being well cared for, but genuinely loved and understood. It is rare to find someone who is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and confident with reactive pets. If you are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and truly caring sitter who can handle specialized needs, I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
Liz was absolutely wonderful. She stayed for 3 nights with our little loving "menace" puppy, when we came home he seemed happy and healthy much different than the one time he's was for two nights at a pet hotel, but most importantly he seemed truly happy with her.. Liz sent us daily updates, pictures, very communicative and respectful, but also friendly. We will definitely have her again if we need a sitter, no doubt.
Alina was absolutely amazing with Cali! Cali has degenerative myelopathy and requires a little extra care and attention, and Alina went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met. She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and patient with Cali, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Alina also did an amazing job communicating with me throughout her stay. She consistently sent updates and kept me informed about how Cali was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Cali and treated her like her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and I’m already looking forward to having Alina come back! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to their pet’s individual needs. Cali definitely gives her two paws up! 🐾❤️
Alisa and Alex are amazing! They took such good care of my Doberman! Sent pictures and videos of them loving on her just like she was their own pet. They also followed instructions perfectly and left my apartment tidy and clean! 10 out of 10 pet sitters, will absolutely use and recommend them!!!
Olivia did a GREAT job taking care of our dogs! She sent daily updates and pictures which we appreciated because we knew she was being very attentive and loving towards them. I feel I have discovered a hidden gem! Nia is wonderful. We did a meet and greet before Jaxon’s stay and my dog felt at home the moment he walked in the door. Nia and her husband are kind and friendly. I was hesitant at first not knowing how Jaxon would do with her dog, but Kevin must have been a generous host too - even let Jaxon borrow his bed 😉. Communication was great and I received many pics of Jaxon enjoying himself. Will definitely use again!
Christine was so kind and my dogs took to her immediately. She took detailed notes during our meet & greet and was communicative throughout the entire process. One of my dogs was prepping for surgery & she was able to administer medicine with ease. I came home to happy dogs and I will definitely use her again!
We used our first over night service through Rover with Claire. She was a tremendous help with our kitten who had an upset tummy and was having some accidents. We appreciate Claire for dealing with the messes and keeping us updated on how she was feeling. We will definitely continue to use Claire for any drop in or over night stays we might need in the future.
Heather was absolutely awesome! She had very clear and considerate communication the entire time and took the best care of our dogs. She truly cares about your pets having a wonderful experience and makes sure you have nothing to worry about. She did a video chat and visit before her stay to make sure we were a good fit and let the dogs get to know her, which I really appreciated. She made sure she had all the information necessary to care for our doggies exactly how we wanted. She sent darling photos letting us know daily how they were enjoying their time playing lots of fetch. She also left our home in excellent condition and even handled our trash, mail, packages and emptying our dishwasher. She has our highest recommendation and will be our dog sitter as long as we live in Charlotte!
