She was incredibly attentive with Hanks medications, gave them tons of love and playtime, and handled each of their very different personalities and needs with ease. One of our dogs, Arnold, has some behavioral challenges, and she handled him like a true pro. Moose can also be pretty anxious, and she made him feel completely comfortable and secure. Knowing they were all happy and well cared for allowed us to actually relax while we were away. She kept us updated with pictures throughout the stay, took wonderful care of our house, and went above and beyond in every way. We came home to a sweet note and printed pictures of our three boys waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch and the perfect ending to an already fantastic experience.
