We had just learned of an unexpected death in the family, and had to leave town on short notice. He jumped right in to help. We have two dogs. One of them, our AmStaff mix (Grizzly), is usually very suspicious of new people. He took to Andrew like a long-lost friend. Andrew asked all the right questions, showed up on time, and took great care of our dogs and our home. In particular, he was quite conscientious about communicating with us, consistently letting us know how everything was going. That really helped to take uncertainty and worry out of our lives at an already difficult time. When we returned home, the dogs were happy and the house looked just like it should have. We're grateful that Andrew came to our rescue in a time of need. As a bonus, we now have a "go-to" sitter anytime he's available in the future. We recommend Andrew very highly.”

She made sure ask questions to understand their routine and their complicated feeding which made me feel confident that they would be well taken care of. She sent me lots of cute pictures and videos of them which made me miss them a tiny bit less while I was gone. As a person, she comes across as responsible, hard working, kind, and incredibly friendly. My dogs took to her immediately during the meet and greet. I will definitely be booking with her again!
