About: Hi my name is Joseph! I grew up in a veterinary hospital being surrounded by all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs. I have 7+ years of pet sitting experience for NC State Vet Students and Faculty and currently work for a dog boarding and daycare facility in the Noda area. My background has given me hands-on experience with feeding, exercise, enrichment, and providing attentive compassionate care for every pet. I’m currently working Monday - Friday between 7am-11am (break) 2:30-7pm. On Saturday/Sunday the hours move around alittle but I remain to have a 3-4 hour mid day break for the opportunity to have midday checkups/care. My usual Check-in times when pet sitting have been 10-30 minutes before 6:30-7, 20-40 minutes between 11:30-2, and 20-30 minutes after 7:30. Depending on age, temper and health of the dog the visits can be rearranged for later or earlier visits if needed. With the circumstances of my apartment complex, I do in-house visit of my client instead of having the dog at my home. When arriving at my clients home, I like to first take the dog outside and make sure they use the bathroom. I will update the owner immediately if I see any issues with the pets stool (ie. Blood, Diarrhea, etc). After I like to feed depending on instructed time, or if no meal/ walk the dog around the owners yard or complex if possible. Before leaving I always make sure there is plenty of water and that at least one happy photo. Willing to administer medications in pill form. Also, will always follow clients instructions to a avoid any confusion or accidents.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life, primarily large dogs up until end of life, as well as cats in the last 6 years. I’ve got extensive experience with these guys, and my love for these animals runs deep! I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible for visiting or playing with your pets! The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and personalities. I grew up with family dogs and now have two rescue dogs of my own, one energetic 80 lb pup and one sweet 40 lb sidekick. Having rescue dogs has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’ve also spent the past few years helping friends with pet sitting and check ins while they’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or keeping up with routines, I’ll care for your pets like they’re my own! As a school teacher, my schedule is pretty flexible during the summer, so I have a lot more free time during the day and throughout the week. I love getting to spend that extra time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, stopping by for check ins, playing, or just keeping pets company and giving them some extra love while their owners are away! I do my best to keep pets comfortable by sticking to their usual routine and giving them plenty of attention, love, and company while you’re away. I want your pup to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for the whole time you’re gone!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life including 2 dogs of my own now. Comfortable with reactivity, large breeds and puppies! As a rover user I appreciate updates and pictures which I am sure to provide plenty of. I’m easy to communicate with and look forward to taking care of your furry friends while you’re away! Also a volunteer at Charlotte animal control, so I’m very comfortable and familiar walking all different types of dogs and caring for animals of all kind! I currently am enrolled in school remotely besides 1 hour every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-1130. Outside of that I am completely available and flexible! I will care for them as if they are my own! Always being diligent and present never leaving them on their own through constant attention and play.

I've had a Chinese Crested Powder Puff (aged 15), a Chipoo Chinese Crested mix (aged 17), and multiple Jack Russell/Chihuahua/Shih Tzu mixes. I have some experience looking after cats as well! I am able to take care of pretty much all their essential needs. I can also provide playtime for pets under my supervision. I ensure that they are in a safe space and away from any hazards. I'm good at providing updates, with pictures included, so you know that your pet is doing well while you are away! I have a somewhat flexible schedule. I'm not too busy during the week, so my availability to provide care for pets have been pretty good. I'm very attentive when it comes to pets. You can rest assured that your furry friend will have a safe environment to running around and play in. Multiple pets that engage in playtime with each other will be supervised while under my care to mitigate any aggression that may come up during this activity.

About: I've had dogs in my life since the day I was born. I have experience with a range of dog breeds from a small havenese to a 100 lb Bernadoodle. I've owned my own dog for 6 years and he's an energetic, loving golden retriever who I'm lucky to call my best friend. I also have a cuddly cat named Blue who would love nothing more than to eat and cuddle all day long. I understand the pain of leaving your pets behind to go make a living, have a social life, or any number of reasons. I want to help you feel more at ease when you leave your pet at home. I’m currently in between jobs after finishing up grad school, and I’ll have a lot of free time on my hands. I look forward to helping car for your furry family member!
