About: I’ve raised, fostered, and cared for pets for over two decades, including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, and everything in between! I can administer medication, and provide special care. I have trained my own dogs (seven), fosters under my care (over 30), and helped friends and clients train their dogs. I am happy to reinforce any training you are currently doing with your pet, so all of your hard work does not get undone. Whether it is daily walks and stimulation, an overnight stay, or an extended trip, you can rest easy knowing your loved one will receive love and attention, exercise, enrichment, and all the snack snacks you’ll allow! I have my own business and work from home. I’m fortunate to have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to prioritize pets’ needs (walks, potty breaks, playtime). Under my care, your loved one will be my top priority. I have a fenced in yard, and two friendly dogs. However, your pup’s safety and comfort will be a top priority. My dogs are crate trained, and if yours is too, I’m happy to reinforce that. I can also keep dogs separated, and still provide ample space for them to feel comfortable. My home is very safe, quiet, and dog friendly.

“Lindsey was a great dog walker for my two German shepherds who both have dog/animal reactivity and anxiety. She was extremely receptive to all my concerns and took all precautions needed to keep my dogs and others safe. In addition, she was kind, timely and communicative, all very important characteristics for me to trust my dogs with someone while I'm away. I will definitely use her services in the future.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life, primarily large dogs up until end of life, as well as cats in the last 6 years. I’ve got extensive experience with these guys, and my love for these animals runs deep! I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible for visiting or playing with your pets! The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.
“Rachel was on time and great at communicating! It was so comforting knowing that she was there to give Gus the attention he needed while I was out of town!”

“Sarah is literally THE BEST! Our Koda is always so excited to see her and she always gives him so much attention. She’s very diligent, always on time and a great communicator. We’ve used her semi-regularly for the last year and there is so much piece of mind knowing our Koda is so carefully looked after when we aren’t there.”

“Elizabeth was my first Rover experience and it has been great so far! She responds back quickly, she did a meet and greet with my dog prior to scheduling the first walk, was punctual, and also timed it well so my dog had a little play time with her after his walk. The cute pictures of my dog during the time were also a nice surprise and appreciated! Due to my work schedule, I’ll probably be scheduling with her monthly from here on out.”

“You’re amazing, thank you for spending time on your 4th of July with Tank and Mango. I know they both appreciated you! We’ll definitely stay in touch for future doggo needs!”

“Taylor is super easy to communicate with and very responsive. She’s always been on time and makes my day less stressful knowing she’ll be there to take care of my dog! 100% recommend!”

About: My family got our first dog when I was a sophomore in high school. She was a huge, people-loving, dog-hating Irish wolfhound mix. Daisy was super reactive when we went on walks, but she definitely got better over time, with lots of training and treats. She was 7 when we adopted her, and lived until she was 12, and during those years I helped my family take care of her: walking, playing, feeding, and eventually medicating when she got cancer. I currently have two 17-year-old cats, who I got for Christmas when I was in the first grade. I take care of them daily, feeding them, giving them arthritis medication, emptying their litter box, and just loving on them in general. I love animals and have always wanted to work with them more! I'm available M, W, F, & Sa in the morning or after 12pm, T & Th in the morning or after 3:45pm, and Su after 12pm I can provide medications, regular walking, the cleaning up of waste, and general love and affection to your fur baby! I have experience with elderly dogs and cats, and have pet-sit regularly for a friend of mine with a cat
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 7 years old. I’ve owned cats, dogs, hamsters a rabbit and a snake! I’ve always had a strong passion for animals which eventually led me to becoming vegan almost 7 years ago! I’ve pet sit and gone on walks for family and friends over the years. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby! This is my full time job and I’m currently trying to build up clientele so if you don’t see a time available that you need, please reach out so we can work something out. I am not able to board at my home due to my own animals but I am able to provide overnight services at your home.
“Thank you, Mary for everything. I appreciate it. Yeah she could just leave those collars on. Makes things a little bit easier and it’s all right that she didn’t eat. She’ll just eat when I get home. I appreciate everything you’ve done. I’m happy that she was excited at first and eventually calm down and yes, there was a situation with skateboards the last time I took her down to the end of Philemon towards 36th St. and it scared the crap out of her so now I have to work on inch and her down there again so I am I know what you’re talking about. Yeah she’ll get to a certain point and wanna come home and that’s fine. That’s fine when when she’s with you again I appreciate it and thank you so much and now you didn’t need to put the water in especially if like you said she drank a sufficient amount so I will see you while she will see you tomorrow lol thank you so much.”

I have experience with reactive dogs and know how to properly read their body language and walk them appropriately.
“Ashley was awesome & really helped me out in a pinch. She was punctual and an effective communicator.. The best part was she seemed to genuinely love my little Chewy. If I didn't already have a regular walker - I 100% would book with her - no question.”

“Mary was excellent in letting my GSD Bane out for walks during the day while I was at work. She was very attentive to him and great with updates during her visits. I’d be so glad to use her again in the future!!”

About: 🐾 About Me I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have always loved being around animals. My grandma actually started a dog shelter, so growing up I spent a lot of time helping out there and being around all kinds of different dogs with different personalities and needs. We even adopted one of our family dogs from her shelter, so animals have always been a big part of my life. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for family and friends many times, sometimes for weeks at a time, so caring for dogs and keeping up with their routines feels very natural to me. More recently, after losing our family dog Carmel due to old age, I realized how much I missed having dogs around and how much I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Caring for her throughout her senior years also gave me a lot of experience with older dogs, medications, patience, and extra care. That’s a big part of why I wanted to start pet sitting more seriously, I love being around dogs and being someone owners can trust to care for them like family. 🐶 Experience With Different Dogs I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and personalities, from puppies with lots of energy to senior dogs that need a little extra patience and care. I’m comfortable giving medications on strict schedules and helping with more detailed routines for older dogs. I also have experience caring for blind and deaf dogs, so I understand how important patience, consistency, and making them feel comfortable is. 🏡 What Stays Are Like With Me I live in a condo, and dogs are welcome to make themselves at home here, including being on the furniture if that’s what they’re used to. I’m very active, so if your dog enjoys walks or being outside, I’m happy to take them out multiple times throughout the day. There’s a small park nearby that’s great for walks, and there are also dog parks close by if owners are comfortable with that. I also love grabbing coffee and going on little walks around the area, so I’m always happy to bring a dog along for a pup cup or outing with owner approval. 💻 Schedule & Communication I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, so I’m home all day then, and I’m usually around on weekends as well. I know how important communication is when someone else is caring for your pet, so I send lots of updates and pictures throughout their stay. My goal is always to make both the dog and owner feel as comfortable as possible the whole time. I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to be home and provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I prioritize maintaining each dog’s routine and giving them plenty of engagement, whether that’s walks, playtime. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy getting dogs outside regularly. On weekends, I’m fully available and make sure your pet receives dedicated, quality time and care. I’m also flexible and happy to accommodate your dog’s specific schedule and needs. Your dog’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I provide a clean and welcoming environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. In my home, they are free to relax and make themselves comfortable, including on furniture, and I have a spacious living area and patio for them to enjoy. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique needs, routines, and personality, and I take care to follow all instructions closely. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your space with the same level of respect and care as my own. Whether it’s boarding, walks, or drop in visits, you can expect reliable and thoughtful care every time.
Plaza-Shamrock dog parents share their Rover experiences
Peggy is reliable, caring, and professional. She is always punctual and treats my dog like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog walker.

To say that Rachel will go the extra mile is an understatement! We left and forgot to double check our key box to make sure she could get in. She troubleshot the situation and made sure Freya & Zeke were cared for. She gave them lots of love and extra long walks. So thankful for her! Highly recommend Rachel!!

Tracy is awesome! We connected super quickly as we needed a sitter since my boyfriend recently started working a new job! Within a day, Tracy had offered to meet our puppy so we could all get acquainted, and showed up to walk her just a few days later. She also leaves amazing notes every walk so we know what our girl was up to (which is amazing) and sends us pics/videos! I would highly recommend Tracy!!! :)

Megan is the best walker Bubba has ever had on Rover. She keeps an eye open for any possible issues and keeps communication channels open. I feel very relaxed knowing Bubba is in great hands. He comes home VERY happy as if he needs to tell me about how much fun he had. Bubba anc I highly recommend Megan
Lindsey is wonderful. She goes above and beyond. My dog Cricket really likes her. Lindsey is reliable and communicative. She is able to accommodate my schedule. She also takes the funniest pictures. I look forward to a laugh every day. I would recommend her to anyone!

Alix was amazing! Finny absolutely loved Alix! Alix was always on time everyday to pickup Finny and let him out. She brought him all over town on his daily walks which he loves. I would highly recommend recommend Alix for any Rover service! We will absolutely be booking Alix again.

Julia went above and beyond! I mentioned that my dog doesn’t usually eat when I’m gone, so she was able to get him to eat by putting some of his food on the ground and moving his food bowl to the center of the floor. I also just moved into a new place and had ordered a gate to prevent him from getting out, but I didn’t have time to assemble it before I had to leave, so she assembled the gate for me. She asked plenty of upon our meet and greet. Lastly, she left detailed notes after each visit. I would highly recommend her!
