About: I have trained and groomed my dog since he was a puppy, and we all know how dramatic Shibas can be. I approach all animals with love and patience in order to gain their trust, no matter the situation. I am incredibly affectionate so your pet will never feel out of place during their stay with me! I’m currently home at all times with my pet and would love to invite yours into our warm and loving home. I am able to provide meticulous and attentive round the clock care to your pet if they require. I reside in a dog friendly apartment complex with multiple parks for them to release extra energy. My baby, Kylo, will gladly keep them company or leave them alone, depending on their needs. Much like myself, he is very attentive. I also have a porch and a hammock that Kylo and I enjoy during warmer weather. If needed, I can easily crate your pet

About: From caring for beta fish and guinea pigs at a young age to looking after pit bulls and dogs of all sizes, I’ve loved caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I quickly became the neighborhood pet sitter, and even now as an adult, I’m often the person friends and neighbors call for walks, drop-ins, and reliable pet care. I provide attentive, dependable care and work to create a safe, comfortable, and loving experience for every pet I watch. Because I genuinely love animals and connect with them easily, I focus on giving pets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection while helping them feel relaxed and cared for while their owners are away. I also value communication and make sure owners feel informed and reassured through regular updates, photos, and messages. My experience with different breeds, sizes, and personalities has helped me build trust with both pets and their owners, ensuring every dog feels happy, safe, and well cared for. You can expect flexible scheduling and dependable care, with open availability on Fridays and remote workdays throughout the week that make me available for drop-ins, walks, and extra attention for your pets. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for pets in my apartment, which has access to dog parks and nearby walking trails for exercise and playtime. I make sure pets stay on their normal routines as much as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, play, and plenty of attention and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment while maintaining clear communication with owners through updates and photos. My priority is always making pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for several years, including pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and temperaments, from high-energy puppies to calm senior pets. My experience includes feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning, and sticking to each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I’m especially patient with shy or anxious pets and take the time to build trust so they feel safe with me. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize their safety, happiness, and well-being. Whether it’s going on walks, giving lots of love and attention, or just keeping them company, I make sure they feel cared for while you’re away I’m home most of the day, so pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I’m able to give pets lots of attention, keep them on their normal schedule, and make sure they’re never left alone for long. I truly enjoy being around animals, so spending time walking, playing, and caring for them is something I look forward to every day I treat every pet like they’re my own. I stick closely to their routine so they feel comfortable, whether that’s feeding times, walks, or just their usual habits. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and make sure everything stays clean and organized. I also send updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. If pets are in my home, they’ll get lots of attention, playtime, and a calm, safe environment where they can relax. I’m home most of the day, so they’re rarely alone and always well cared for.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11. I have 6 years of experience working with anxious dogs, however I wouldn’t recommend boarding your anxious dog at a strangers house(might be way to stressful for your furry friend). I am also experienced with cat care and dealing with cats of all temperaments. I wake up early. I mostly stay in the apartment. I am currently self employed, so I have a lot of flexibility throughout my day. Can pet proof home if your pet gets into things a lot. Very careful with front doors, because I know some pets are not trained to stay when the door is opened.

About: My husband and I have adopted three senior dogs over the years and absolutely loved giving them a safe, happy retirement home. We’re not in a place to adopt again just yet, but we really miss having a pup around—so Rover is the perfect way for us to share our home and hearts with dogs in the meantime. On top of caring for our own dogs, we’ve also spent years sitting for coworkers’ and friends pups, which gave us experience with all kinds of personalities and routines. From playful puppies to special-needs seniors, we know how to adapt and make every dog feel comfortable and loved. My husband and I both work hybrid, with only one day a week where we’re in the office at the same time. On all other weekdays, a pup wouldn’t be left alone for more than 2–4 hours. We’re also homebodies who love spending weekends around the house and yard, so dogs get plenty of company and attention! At our home, pups enjoy a fenced-in yard (about 40x30 ft), and we leash-escort them safely to and from it. We also live right by the Greenway and love going on daily walks—anywhere from 1 to 4 miles, depending on what your dog enjoys. We’re experienced with special needs and always happy to provide personalized care and extra love to each pup who stays with us!

Dominique did an excellent job with my Ella! I was out of town for 1 week and needed someone to give my pup her daily morning walks. I requested Dominique on a short notice, thankfully she was very quick to reply to my request. She also arranged a meet and greet which I had not done before. I'm glad she did it as it left me feeling very comfortable with the whole process (I'm a bit obsessed with my dog). Dominique was always on time and sent over lots of pics from their walks! Would definitely book her again!

Thank you, Mary for everything. I appreciate it. Yeah she could just leave those collars on. Makes things a little bit easier and it’s all right that she didn’t eat. She’ll just eat when I get home. I appreciate everything you’ve done. I’m happy that she was excited at first and eventually calm down and yes, there was a situation with skateboards the last time I took her down to the end of Philemon towards 36th St. and it scared the crap out of her so now I have to work on inch and her down there again so I am I know what you’re talking about. Yeah she’ll get to a certain point and wanna come home and that’s fine. That’s fine when when she’s with you again I appreciate it and thank you so much and now you didn’t need to put the water in especially if like you said she drank a sufficient amount so I will see you while she will see you tomorrow lol thank you so much.

About: I grew up around dogs and have always loved being around animals. Taking care of pets has been a normal part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’m very comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I also have hands-on experience helping with a family pet sitting business, where I assisted with feeding, walking, and general care. That experience taught me how important it is to be reliable, attentive, and patient with every pet. Right now, I live in an apartment, so I don’t currently have a dog or cat of my own, but I do care for two leopard geckos and a chameleon, so I’m very used to maintaining consistent care routines and paying attention to small details in animal behavior and health. I’m currently a fourth year college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to pet care. I am taking online classes during the summer, so I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and I can work around your pet’s routine for visits, feeding, playtime, and check-ins. I prioritize reliability and clear communication, so you can feel confident your pet is being cared for exactly as requested. I aim to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where your furry friend feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I follow your pet’s routine closely, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or litter care, because I know how important consistency is for both dogs and cats. I always make sure your home stays safe and secure, and I pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and well-being. As a biology student, I’m very detail-oriented and attentive to even small changes. I’ll treat your furry friend like my own, with lots of patience, care, and attention. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for while you’re away.

But Tara put us at ease right away. She responded quickly, came by the same day to meet me, and was incredibly punctual and attentive to all of my requests.
