About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 7 years old. I’ve owned cats, dogs, hamsters a rabbit and a snake! I’ve always had a strong passion for animals which eventually led me to becoming vegan almost 7 years ago! I’ve pet sit and gone on walks for family and friends over the years. “We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Alyssia! She stayed overnight in our home for a week while we were on vacation in the OBX and took fantastic care of our three cats. She sent daily updates with funny photos and videos that gave us total peace of mind (and some good laughs). Alyssia also took excellent care of our home—bringing in the mail and packages, taking out the trash, and cleaning up after herself. Everything was spotless when we returned. Most importantly, our cats were calm, happy, and well-fed. In the past, they’ve seemed stressed or even lost weight while we were away, but not this time. They warmed up to her quickly!
