I couldn’t even tell someone had stayed in the house when we returned. I also appreciate that he adjusted the schedule when we learned we needed to leave earlier than originally planned. Communication was prompt and clear. He made a point to meet and connect with our dog before we traveled. While he has other jobs, it’s clear Brad is professional in his approach to dog sitting and not just someone available when they are home from school etc (not that there is anyone wrong with that)”

One of our dogs is a rescue and has issues with resource guarding and reactiveness, and from the start Shannon made me feel like she understands what rescue dogs go through and how to make the comfortable around her. Just from talking to her at the meet and greet, I felt very confident about having her watch my dogs and house while being gone for over a week. She sent very detailed reports and tons of pictures every day, walked them almost every day, followed instructions for watering plants and grass, and was very professional with her communication. Right before we left, our rescue dog had a medical issue and Shannon was able to administer drops into his ears without using a muzzle or eliciting a reactive response from him. I was so impressed with her ability to earn his trust and treat him with such love and care! I will definitely be reaching out to book Shannon in the future!”
