About: 11 years caring for my Labrador, including training, grooming, feeding, and daily care. Patient, attentive, and skilled at building trust with pets of all ages. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I work around the pets in my care. I currently offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, and walks throughout the week. I’m happy to accommodate earlier or later times whenever possible—just ask! 😊 I live with my husband in a pet-friendly apartment in NoDa with an elevator, so there are no stairs to worry about. We currently don’t have any resident pets, creating a calm environment that works especially well for senior dogs, anxious pets, and pets who prefer having the space to themselves. I’ve had animals my entire life. I raised and trained my own Labrador Retriever from the time she was 47 days old, and she was my best friend for 11 wonderful years. I also recently cared for both my senior Labrador and my senior cat through their health challenges, so I’m comfortable following routines, administering medications, and adapting to each pet’s individual needs. I enjoy grooming and helping puppies learn good habits through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, understood, and right at home. To provide personalized care, I keep my bookings small. Occasionally, there may be one other friendly guest staying at the same time, depending on compatibility and everyone’s comfort level. She sent pictures everyday and good ones at that. I'm a lil jealous I can only get a good one every once in a while. They looked happy and comfortable. About: I have had a passion for animals since I was little, often playing vet or zookeeper with the stuffed animals in my home (my real pets weren't as patient playing pretend). Growing up, I helped care for 4 cats and 2 dogs, one Border Collie with high energy and consistent exercise, and a Pomeranian with special needs. During college, I became an animal foster with my local humane society, taking in a total of 4 dogs and 3 cats during my undergraduate years, all with their own special exercise, dietary, and medical needs. I have previously worked locally for several pet services and am happy to provide any references you'd like. I finally decided to get a furry friend of my own, and adopted my dog Willow during the pandemic in 2020. She is my my whole world, and I'll make sure to love and care for your pets as if they were my own. Let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or need more information about my services. I can't wait to meet your babies soon :) I am currently available full-time, 7 days a week. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for scheduling and 24 hours for any cancellations. In emergencies, I can certainly do my best to fit you in or cancel without fees. I am CPR certified for dogs and cats, and have taken several pet first-aid and safety courses. If you'd like verification, please let me know! While I will use these skills as needed in emergency situations, my normal routine with your pet will follow your rules and guidelines as their owner. I am more than happy to come for a meet & greet before services if your pet may be nervous/aggressive around new people. My own pup struggles with anxiety, and I make sure she's 100% comfortable before leaving her in someone's care. I'll bring plenty of treats and toys to help win them over :)

About: Hi there! My name’s Rachael, and I’d love the chance to care for your pets like they’re my own. I’m a proud dog mom to two sweet girls, Halo and Ash, who keep my days full of love, laughter, and adventure. And I have recently become a proud cat mom as well, with my two goofy boys Barnabus, and Bandit who are me two angels. I grew up with German Shepherds, so I’ve been around dogs of all sizes my whole life and feel right at home with everything from the tiniest lap pups to extra-large gentle giants. About: Hi! I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. I grew up with dogs, currently have my own sweet 7-year-old pup, and actively work with multiple dog rescues where I help foster dogs in need. We have a large fenced-in backyard for plenty of safe playtime, there’s always someone here to give your dog attention, supervision, and lots of love while you’re away. I have 7+ years of pet sitting experience for NC State Vet Students and Faculty and currently work for a dog boarding and daycare facility in the Noda area. My background has given me hands-on experience with feeding, exercise, enrichment, and providing attentive compassionate care for every pet. I’m currently working Monday - Friday between 7am-11am (break) 2:30-7pm. On Saturday/Sunday the hours move around alittle but I remain to have a 3-4 hour mid day break for the opportunity to have midday checkups/care. My usual Check-in times when pet sitting have been 10-30 minutes before 6:30-7, 20-40 minutes between 11:30-2, and 20-30 minutes after 7:30. Depending on age, temper and health of the dog the visits can be rearranged for later or earlier visits if needed. With the circumstances of my apartment complex, I do in-house visit of my client instead of having the dog at my home. When arriving at my clients home, I like to first take the dog outside and make sure they use the bathroom. I will update the owner immediately if I see any issues with the pets stool (ie. Blood, Diarrhea, etc). After I like to feed depending on instructed time, or if no meal/ walk the dog around the owners yard or complex if possible. Before leaving I always make sure there is plenty of water and that at least one happy photo. Willing to administer medications in pill form. Also, will always follow clients instructions to a avoid any confusion or accidents.

I can watch your pets in the comfort of their own home. Will take your dog for walks, make sure they get some play time in, food, water and treats. Love animals and hope you give me the chance to watch your fur babies! Due to a permanent neck injury I cannot walk dogs that weigh more than 20 pounds or handle larger dogs that jump a lot. Definitely need to watch smaller dogs or well behaved large dogs that have a fence to be let out into. I'm pretty flexible so just let me know what you need and we can definitely work something out that will work for both of us! “Kaitlyn was amazing with my boy Cyan! She kept me in the loop every day with pictures and updates on his well-being. He had plenty of fun with walks, playtime, and even learned a new trick! Knowing he was in such great hands really put my mind at ease. And guess what? Her golden retriever Cash was around the same age as Cyan, and they hit it off! So, he had a buddy while I was away. I highly recommend Kaitlyn and would definitely use her again in the future.”
“Erika was amazing! She did a great job sending updates and pictures. I felt so calm knowing that Ollie was being looked after with the utmost care. She went above and beyond by taking Ollie on hikes, long walks, and abiding by all his little quirks. I could tell Ollie had a blast and loved playing with her sweet dog, Kru. The day I was supposed to pick Ollie up, my flight was delayed til super late, and Erika was extremely responsive and cooperative working with me to find the best way to handle the pickup. She truly knows what a dog parent wants when letting someone watch their pup, and she’ll treat them like on of her own!”

“I would give Kelsey 10 stars if I could! I have used Rover quite a few times prior and have had the best experience with her. She was so sweet and welcoming to my pup, Culver. She continuously kept me in the loop and sent photos/videos. I even had a canceled flight and got into town later than expected to pick up Culver and she was so flexible and willing to help out. I can really tell she loves to be around dogs and treats them as her own. I will be using Kelsey whenever I can!! :)”
