I have a very flexible schedule. I currently work a part time job which I only work 2-3 days at during the week for at most 5 hours sometimes less during a shift. I am open to discussing if your fur baby needs more with me and if you are wanting me to take off from work or such.

I prefer to watch your fur babies at your house but it’s no problem if they need to come to mine. I just moved into a one bedroom apartment so I feel like space wise it’s not very big haha. Most of the time when I pet sit I watch them at their owners house and depending on their living situation I take them out for walks or let them run around in the yard. I try to let them out as much as I can when I’m at home with them and play with them to make sure they get some exercise as well.

Please let me know before hand if there are any behaviors I need to account for or if there is anything they can’t do. I was pet sitting once for a dog who had past surgery on his legs so their owner asked if I just make sure not to run around with him too much when playing. So things like that are good to know!

I don’t mind going on walks if needed, I need to get my steps in anyways! I also love running around or playing with toys outside if you have a fenced in yard. Also I think going on car rides can be fun too if that is something your fur baby enjoys, maybe stopping for a puppuccino haha.

I’ve always had many different kinds of pets since I was little! Everything from tree frogs to dogs haha. I do have some experience with puppy training when my dad got his dog. I trained him as a puppy to roll over, sit, and lay down. Also worked on potty training with him as well. Pet sitting is just something I enjoy because I love the serotonin boost from being around cute animals!

I cannot recommend Marcella highly enough! When my original cat sitter fell through at the last minute, she stepped in without hesitation and saved the day. From start to finish, her communication was excellent - she kept me updated and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She went above and beyond by following all my specific requests, including keeping my cat's feeding bowls spotless and maintaining his litter box perfectly. But what really stood out was how genuinely she cared for my cat. It was clear she treated him with love and attention, even taking time to play with him and keep him entertained. Finding a trustworthy pet sitter who truly cares about your furry family member is rare. She exceeded all my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Marcella is a STAR! She spent a week taking care of our 5 month old puppy and she did an incredible job. She was thoughtful, detail oriented, and awesome with our dog Albus. She organized play dates with other dogs, she worked with him on his training, and she kept him happy during our first trip away. She sent photos, asked great questions, and gave awesome updates. We will definitely hire her again!
