About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my lifelong love for animals and the care I’ve provided to my own furry family. I have three amazing dogs and a cat who fill my days with joy, and they’ve taught me so much about patience, attention, and the unconditional love pets bring to our lives. On top of that, I’ve spent over five years working with animals, from caring for wildlife during an internship to looking after pets as a kennel attendant for VIP Boarding! I’ve worked and studied animal behavior throughout college, which has helped me better understand how animals think, feel, and communicate. I’ve learned to handle all kinds of personalities—shy, energetic, or senior pets needing extra care—and I always approach every animal with love and understanding. Your pets will be cared for like they’re part of my own family! I work Tuesdays to Fridays 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm. Sundays and Mondays are TBD, but I am usually flexible and free! I’d maintain their usual routine, including feeding, walks, and playtime, to keep them comfortable. I tailor my approach based on each pet's needs, whether that’s providing mental stimulation for dogs or ensuring cats have a quiet retreat. I’m also experienced in administering medication if needed, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized. I communicate regularly with pet owners to provide updates and follow any special instructions. My goal is to make sure pets feel secure, loved, and cared.

I have a 13-month puppy who has limited experience around new people, let alone being left in the care of someone new without me present. I had a lot of anxiety about traveling but had a once in a lifetime family reunion out of state I needed to attend. This is my first time using Rover and I wasn't sure I would find someone willing to stay with my dog on the Fouth of July, but I was fortunate enough to find Brittney! We liked her after our meet & greet but I still had nerves, not knowing if my puppy would be able to regulate herself (licking, jumping, etc.) with Brittney while I was away. In the past she has struggled to be calm with new people and I worried she would scare a sitter away with hyper behavior. Brittney had the right calm energy and patience, and everything went just fine. In fact my pup even behaved better than I had expected, much more calmly than I thought she would be capable of with someone new/exciting. Despite my rambling care instructions which changed more than once prior to her visit, Brittney figured everything out and was able to manage my pup, even during my neighbors setting off explosives 25 feet in front of my house. She maintains a great attitude and can problem solve (ie. when my pup was not going into her crate voluntarily). And, she was respectful of my home and willing to provide multiples updates for me throughout my time away. When I returned home my pup and house were just as I left them. I would not hesitate to trust her with the care of my pet again in the future, she took great care of my girl!
ALLIE IS EXTRAORDINARY, AMAZING, SUPERB & SO MUCH MORE!! We simply can't sing her praises loud enough! She stayed in our home and took care of our dog and 2 cats, and we could not be more happy with her and with the loving care that she took of our fur babies and our home. We loved Allie the minute we met her because she is so professional and friendly and outgoing. All of our pets loved her immediately - even my shy, skittish kitties came out of hiding to greet her in our initial meeting. She followed every instruction perfectly and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Her communication was excellent before, during, and even after her stay. Constance was absolutely amazing while house sitting for me. She took exceptional care of my Doberman Eros and my saltwater fish tanks, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated with frequent pictures and excellent communication throughout the entire stay, so I always knew everything was going well. It was clear from the updates that Eros was happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention, and my saltwater tanks were cared for with the same level of dedication and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, trustworthy, or caring house sitter. Constance treated my home and pets as if they were her own, and I returned to everything in perfect condition. Super thankful for Serafina! This was the second time she has watched Ollie and stayed in my home. I’ve appreciated the periodic updates, could see that Ollie was a happy dog while in Serafina’s care. The house was well maintained upon my arrival. Emily stayed with my pups for a 10 day trip and took incredible care of them. I was able to relax knowing they were in such great hands.
