“Jaritza has been amazing with my requested dog walks. She always asks care questions to make sure that my dog is taken care while I’m away. She communicates quickly & she goes above and beyond even when not asked of her. Literally the best!”

About: We always had a family dog growing up. I currently have two rescue dogs of my own who are a major part of my life. I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to care for your dogs. I will be available any time after 1pm on weekdays, and any time on weekends. I make sure my rescue pups are safe at all times. I regularly clean their bowls so that every drink and meal is fresh. I regularly take my dogs out for walks and to the P-A-R-K to socialize and play. If you have multiple dogs, I make sure each stroll is personalized to their needs.
About: I grew up always having pets, as an adult when I didn’t have the circumstances to have my own pet, I started watching pets for all my friends. Bunnies, Dogs of all breeds, cats and more, I have watched and played with them all. I work for myself from home, and I always love having a walking partner. Most of my work is very early in the morning or in the evening leaving me open most of the day for walks and playtime. I have a backyard, it is not completely fenced in but there is some nice grass. The house is pet ready with no choking hazards and laminate easy to clean flooring.
About: I grew up with cats and dogs! Grooming, stimulation and health I’m equipped to assist is all areas of pet care. I truly believe pets need the same love and care we humans get. I am a full time student at USF, I have availability early morning and nights. I am unable to provide services on Wednesday due to my class schedule. Given the Florida heat I take a water bowl with my on walks. I clean and sanitize it after every walk, if I’m hot and thirsty during a walk I guarantee your four leg friend is too.
About: With over five years of professional zoological animal care experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of species of animals, including reptiles, birds, and both large and small mammals. In addition, I have over two decades worth of experience caring for domesticated animals like dogs, cats, hamsters, etc. Animals have always been a part of my life; as an only child, my childhood dog was my best friend & I was hired for the first time by my neighbor to pet sit her cat when I was 8 years old. Caring for animals is my passion. While I had to leave my zoo job to pursue a more stable career, I’m eager to fill that void by spending time with animals whenever I can! Whether they have fur, scales, or feathers, I enjoy hanging out and getting to know their personalities all the same. From training puppies and bottle-feeding newborn kittens to deworming goats and nursing elderly animals, I’ve done it all. No matter the species, size, or stage of life, I’m your go-to animal expert! Pet care fits seamlessly into my current routine. I have a flexible schedule and full availability, which allows me to dedicate my time and attention to the pets in my care. Because I’m not juggling another full-time commitment, I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules, including weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, and last-minute bookings when possible. Your pet’s needs will be a top priority, and you can feel confident knowing they’ll receive consistent, attentive care. I prefer watching pets in their own home, with a new person, the less factors we have to change the better it is for your pet. I do like the discuss expectations, special requirements, and any important info before hand. I will (with your permission) send you pictures, videos, and messages regularly to keep you in the loops about your pets!

“Ivette did an amazing job walking cumbia, Cumbia tends to be very shy and is sometimes frightened by unfamiliar elements, so it was very valuable that Ivette worked on her confidence and had a lot of patience with her.”

“Sarah is great! She’s so good with our girl, and I can tell she treats my puppy like her own. She communicates the whole time and even sent me some pictures during her visit. I can tell Sarah is exactly the help we needed for our attached pup and we will definitely continue working with her. Highly recommend!”

I have professional experience in the medical field, and I bring that professionalism and kindness with me wherever I go. A little about myself: I grew up with family dogs, and a cat. If you need pet care on Sundays, please let me know. I go to church in the morning. I can provide care before and after church, if needed. I don’t stay the night at the client’s home. I provide care for and spend time playing with the pet during the day, and then leave for the night. I return the next morning to provide additional care if needed. I provide pet care at the client’s home. It’s important for me to meet clients prior to officially agreeing to provide care. Such meetings provide ample time to address questions and details in order to provide the best care for their pet.

About: Animals have always been a central part of my life; both personally and professionally. I even have hands on, daily experience with large breeds like Pit Bulls and German Shepherds as part of my own family, so I’m very comfortable with strong, intelligent, high energy dogs! I’m equally experienced with smaller breeds, including Corgis, Terriers, and other small companion dogs, and understand the unique personalities and care needs that come with them. I come from a family of specialized hoofstock and primate zookeepers, so animal care is quite literally in my DNA. Professionally, I’m a biology instructor from a science institute who has worked with a wide range of species, including raccoons, chinchillas, snakes, and kangaroo mice. From energetic mammals to more delicate or specialized animals, I’m confident, attentive, and knowledgeable in my approach to care. Above all, I genuinely love animals. Caring for them isn’t just something I do, it’s something I’m passionate about. I have the time, dedication, and enthusiasm to ensure your dog receives attentive, dependable, and compassionate care while you’re away. I dedicate my weeks entirely to pet care, offering flexible, reliable dog sitting anytime including holidays, weekends, and inclement weather for as long as needed. It’s not apart of my schedule, it IS my schedule. In my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, safe, and supervised environment. I maintain consistent routines for feeding, exercise, potty breaks, enrichment, and rest to mirror their normal schedule as closely as possible. Dogs receive structured walks, playtime, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection, never left unattended for long periods.
“She took such great care of my golden retriever, Arthur, and gave me total peace of mind while I was away. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. Arthur can be an energetic puppy, but she handled him with so much patience and care. I’d absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, dependable sitter.”

Wesley Chapel South dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jarred was able to take my dog for a walk on short notice. He was super easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My dog is a bit older but often full of energy so it was perfect. While my dog barked at first at a stranger (first walk), Jarred was totally unphased and soon they were heading off down the sidewalk together. Jarred provided pictures from the walk and a short summary in the end. Great experience and definitely recommend

Kaitlyn is great with my dog Bocephus. She is a great dog walker and very reliable. Bocephus loves her, and it’s easy to see why—she’s super friendly, reliable, and just great with dogs. One of the best parts is that she always sends me photos from their walks. It’s so nice to get those little updates and see how happy (and tired!) Bocephus is after their time together. You can tell she really cares and takes the time to make sure he’s having fun and staying safe. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and awesome with dogs, Kaitlyn’s your person. Bocephus and I are so glad we found her!

Christian is an exceptional dog walker! He walks my German Shepherd, Juice, every workday with care and reliability. Juice comes back happy and well-exercised, and Christian always keeps me updated. His professionalism and love for dogs shine through. Highly recommend—5 stars!

Nikki was fantastic with Winston! I had a morning errand on the 4th and she came through to walk my boy for me while I was away. It was a hot morning so I told her to just make sure he used the restroom and then she could return him home. When I got back his water bowl was full! She truly cares for our pup and it makes my heart so happy that she loves Winston like he is her own. Thank you so much Nikki!!
