Kyle was flexible, accommodating, eager, thorough, and communicative. Our dogs were well-exercised and cared-for. Will be using Kyle’s dog walking services in the future.

Kyle did not listen to any instructions I gave him during our meet up. He told me he was "taking notes" but when he came to visit my cats did not seem to know what food they eat, when my cat needed his pill or how to administer it, or even where the housekey was. He actually asked for my brothers phone number for some reasons even though I booked and paid him, he never met my brother. He called and texted my brother about MY cat even though my brother has no idea what my cat needs it was bizarre frankly. Kyle called and texted both my brother and I nearly every day of our vacation to ask things like "where is the scoop for the food" or "this cat doesn't have any wet food" or "Binx won't take his pill". If he had listened during our meet up hew would have known the answer to all of these things (cups are in the cabinet, the wet food is in the closet, wrap the pill in some cheese". He even suggested crushing my cats pill to give it to him, which is unsafe and not how I administer it. When we came home, we found the water fountain nearly empty (it's a large liter fountain) which indicated to me that Kyle did not give our cats water for the four days we were gone. We also found an empty can of prescription food on the counter which is NOT meant for the cat he fed it to, and that I never showed him was okay for her to eat. We found as well cheese all over the floor which it seems he did not even attempt to clean up, as well as dirty litterboxes that were not cleaned even once it looked like. Stressful and honestly scary, I was worried the entire time I was on vacation that he would neglect to give my elderly cat his medication. Kyle was entirely incompetent and disrespectful by deferring to my brother for no discernable reason (except maybe that I am a woman and my brother is a man). He could have really hurt one of our animals by giving prescription food to the wrong cat. Thankfully they were all okay when we came home, just obviously stressed out. They would have been better off with no one taking care of them honestly. Hugely negative experience, I would say do not hire Kyle unless you pet has almost no needs. Maybe he's better with dogs who knows lol.

Kyle did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs. They can be a handful, but Kyle was able to handle the task. He stayed in our home while we were on a business trip. Kyle kept us informed via text and videos. That was comforting to know what was happening daily. We will definitely be using Kyle’s services again on our next trip.

Kyle was great with our two pups while we were away for the weekend. He was able to stay over which is helpful because my one dog loves to have people to sleep nearby at night. My one dog too loves to play randomly and Kyle handled that so well! Kyle also communicated with us throughout the stay, which i really appreciated. He sent photos in the morning, noon and evening of them. I could tell by the photos thar both our dogs were comfortable with him right away. I will definitely be using Kyle again!
