I am a retired nurse and have experience giving dogs their medicine. Moreover, I have experience with dealing with seizures, congestive heart failure and joint pain in fur babies which helps ensure safe care. Personalized Care, Special Needs Pet Care, and Experienced & Trustworthy I am retired and currently an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister which provides me with a flexible schedule. I am available weekdays, most weekends and holidays for you. My services at this time will take place in your home. I will require an initial greeting to make sure your animal is comfortable and has a chance to get to know me in their own environment. I have worked with animals that have had anxiety and was able to work with them to gain their trust.

“Kiarra made drop-in visits for my two cats while I was out of town for 5 days. She stopped by before my trip so that we could go over everything and see where everything is at. She took notes during the initial visit. She was timely, communicative and respectful of my home. Additionally, both of my cats were warming up to her by the end of the week, which is a huge relief because they usually take a while to warm up to new people. Would definitely recommend her!”

From there that’s where I learned how to administer medications. At a young age I would take care of friends and family’s dog’s & cat’s. I feed them every morning and night let them out at least 3-4 times a day but if needed more I have a fence so they can get exercise. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have been pet sitting for 13 years. I grew up with Newfoundlands at home so I have lots of experience caring for and walking doggies of all sizes! I also have ample experience with dogs that have specific, special, or advanced needs, as well as a wide range of personalities and temperaments. I’m currently employed as an independently contracted mental health therapist and have availability during the weekdays and weekends as I build up a full case load. About: Have had pets since I was a child. Always dogs, sometimes cats, reptiles, rodents, or fish... often combinations of more than one of the above I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to give your pets as much attention as they want. Can also take entire days of from work to focus on pets as needed. Our yard in a quiet neighborhood is not fenced, but we can & will take as many leashed walks as needed. In the house, we have a laid-back pug and an aloof cat who likes to hide in the bedroom (she has a lock that lets her in while keeping dogs out) when strangers are about.
