We would love to host your dog or cat at our place- we welcome all animals here! We have a big fenced-in backyard, and always have a stash of toys and treats on hand. We want your pet to feel like they are on their own little vacation, too 😅 ***If you happen to live in downtown Wendell, and you’d rather keep your dog at your own house while you’re away, ask about us doing home check-ins, even if our calendar says we’re booked! *** We have been doing Rover since 2021 as a side-hustle while Julie was in school studying ultrasound, which allowed her more time to be at home. She graduated in May of this year, and now has a part time job of her own. So for our current schedule, there will be one day during the week where she will be home all day, and one half day during the week for me. In addition, we will both be home on weekends. If your dog requires a lot of attention during the day, and is used to someone being home at all times, we understand if you decide to look elsewhere! We absolutely love animals, and our house feels pretty empty without our Rover pals 🙂 We plan on doing Rover throughout the summer + beginning of fall 2025, and then will probably phase it out for any newcomers. We can’t wait to meet your pup if you do decide to book with us! We will care for your pet’s every need! We like to take them on walks twice a day (we need the exercise, too!😅). We also are perfectly comfortable administering medications, if needed. We will give them plenty of cuddles, playtime, and love ☺️

About: I’ve had animals my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve primarily cared for small and medium-sized dogs, but I’ve also had experience with larger dogs, including my roommate's two who were very cautious and selective about who they trusted. Somehow, they quickly decided I was one of their people! My family and friends also regularly trust me with their furry family members and often come to me for advice. I currently have a cat of my own who requires medication and has some behavioral quirks, so I’m comfortable with the extra patience, consistency, and attention that pets with special needs may require. I’ve always been the person animals seem to gravitate toward wherever I go. My mom has jokingly called me the “cat whisperer” for years, especially! I truly love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their humans are away. I am self-employed and make my own schedule - I am very flexible so I am able to work from virtually anywhere and at any time, so fitting in any set care is very easy! I always want to make sure I earn the trust, respect, and love of the pets by being gentle, caring, and loving and showing them they can trust me. This often looks like some extra cuddles, a treat, some play time during quick drop-ins etc! There's nothing better than earning a fur baby's trust :)

About: I love everything about animals! When it comes to Cats and Dogs they are such great companions and I truly enjoy seeing an animal that is pleased and satisfied with my care, as well as their owners and I will do everything to make sure that happens, I have had professional experience working for a doggie daycare business. I of course am a pet owner myself and know what its like to have to trust someone else to take care of your beautiful pet. I very much value that trust and and take the time to learn different tricks and techniques to provide the best care possible for any type of dog or cat that I could possibly encounter on a day to day basis. About: I am a stay at home mom with lots of flexible time to make your life easier! My own doggie (Arya) has given me unique experience with high energy/big dogs, but I have done my fair share of small doggie work as well. Not only have I worked with old/young dogs, but also special needs dogs as well (paralyzed etc). My days are flexible as a stay at home mom! Typically nap time is whenever we make it, which helps with last minute needs! I have a toddler that would be in a stroller and would love to help me walk dogs in your neighborhood. I use e collars to help direct playtime and to have control over them as needed. Dogs roam freely in the house when I am home. They go in crate if I am not. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
