Personalized Care, Special Needs Pet Care, and Experienced & Trustworthy I am retired and currently an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister which provides me with a flexible schedule. I am available weekdays, most weekends and holidays for you. My services at this time will take place in your home. I will require an initial greeting to make sure your animal is comfortable and has a chance to get to know me in their own environment. About: I’ve been surrounded by paws and wagging tails my whole life—basically raised in a household where the vacuum was always full of fur and the treat jar was never empty. Growing up, I cared for all kinds of pets, including those with special needs, health issues, and daily medications (yes, even the ones who could sniff out a pill from a mile away). Since 2018, I’ve been a pet parent myself, and let’s just say my dogs are spoiled with love, belly rubs, and probably way too many photoshoots. I genuinely love being around dogs—whether it’s playtime, snuggle time, or just chillin’ in the same room while they nap like champions. Every dog I meet gets treated like my own: with patience, joy, and the kind of love that involves goofy voices and spontaneous dance parties during walks. Whether your pup needs high-energy play or calm companionship, I’ve got them covered—and I’ll probably fall a little bit in love with them too. I currently work until 2 every weekday, so I can come by to make my visits, give my pets, and take them on walks as soon as I’m done! My weekends are typically completely free so I can easily come by to snuggle and hang out with the kiddos when needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and seen - even in a short visit. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding and water refills to medication and litter box clean-up. I take time to play, cuddle (if they’re into it!), and give them the attention they need to feel calm and cared for while their people are away. I also treat every home with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine, keeping things clean, secure, and leaving everything as I found it. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a play session, or just keeping your pet company, I show up with intention and care every time.

About: I've been around and cared for animals my entire life, growing up with both dogs and cats. I still help care for my family's pets and also have a cat of my own, so caring for animals is a big part of my everyday life. I also grew up near neighbors who fostered dogs and puppies, and I loved spending time helping socialize and play with their foster puppies. This gave me experience being around puppies of different breeds, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I'm comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, litter box care, puppy care, and keeping pets company while their owners are away. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. I'll always follow your care instructions closely and treat your pets with the same kindness and attention I'd want for my own. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care throughout the week. About: In 2006, my family adopted an Old English Sheepdog, Zoey. We got Zoey when she was a puppy, and she lived to be 9 before she passed away. In 2013, my dad and step-mom adopted an Australian Shepherd puppy, Molly. Molly was very high energy and needed a job to do, which was stressful for my step-mom so after Zoey passed away, my mom, my sisters, and I had Molly come live with us. Molly was with me for all walks of life, and we lived together just me and her for the past 6 years. As Molly had gotten older, her arthritis became a big deterrent for us, and we adapted as best we could to make her as happy and comfortable as possible. In the years after college, I dog-sat for my family friends and my own friends when they'd travel. It was always enjoyable and a good way to hang out with some pretty cool dogs! They came in all shapes, sizes, and ages! With Maddy the shitzu being 17 and Banor the German Shepherd being almost a year. I've always had pets, so taking care of them has always been a priority for me. It's truly muscle memory at this point. I get up and immediately go to take my dog outside. Before going to bed, I allot 20 extra minutes to take my dog outside. It's second nature. I care for pets by creating a safe environment for them. I always double-check to make sure nothing is on the floor that they could get into. Pushing things back on the counter in case they jump. And making sure they get extra pets before leaving them to go to work.

About: Have had pets since I was a child. Always dogs, sometimes cats, reptiles, rodents, or fish... often combinations of more than one of the above I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to give your pets as much attention as they want. Can also take entire days of from work to focus on pets as needed. Our yard in a quiet neighborhood is not fenced, but we can & will take as many leashed walks as needed. In the house, we have a laid-back pug and an aloof cat who likes to hide in the bedroom (she has a lock that lets her in while keeping dogs out) when strangers are about.

About: I have take care of pets my whole life and have had over a year of experience working in a pet resort where I got to experience taking care of all different kinds of dog breeds, ages, temperaments, etc. I also now work full time in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician assistant. Currently, I work full time as veterinary technician assistant 4 days of the week and this varies from week to week on which does those are. I am very willing to come on lunch breaks to do pet check-ins and/or potty walks, as well as move my schedule around to better fit pet owners. I make the pet's wellbeing and health my #1 priority when I am pet sitting because I know they will miss their owners when they are away and will do my best to make them as happy/content as possible. Having lists and notes that tell me about the pet's medications, routines, diets, and likes/dislikes is an additional help that will allow me to better suite the pet's needs that I am watching.
