If you need a cat sitter (or probably any-animal-sitter under the sun), book Kia right now!! Kia is the best cat sitter I've ever had by a long shot. First of all, amazing pet/vet knowledge from her work experience and zookeeper education, so I felt comfortable having her administer a kitty inhaler for one of my three cats. She also handled the medication needs of my other two cats beautifully, despite the convoluted way I do their medicine routine (since one has to be separated or he'll eat the other's medicine). Even though two of my cats are pretty skittish, I could see from the beautiful pictures and detailed daily updates that they warmed up to Kia fast! And one day we had a power outage and Kia asked to reset an electrical breaker since the outlet powering their automatic food and water dish hadn't come back on--she figured out it was a different electrical issue and fixed it, but had already ensured their food/water were plugged in elsewhere. She even stopped back by to get a package off my porch that would have been damaged by the weather. She did absolutely everything I asked for for my cats, even though I'm sure half of it would seem ridiculous or too finnicky to non-pet-owners. Having Kia as my pet sitter was a HUGE relief while I was out of state, as I felt confident my cats were in capable hands. She didn't have any reviews when I booked her but I could tell she knew what she was doing. Hands down the best sitter I've had, HIGHLY recommend booking her!
