Cheyana has such a calm and gentle energy that put Harry right at ease during our meet & greet, and I could tell she really cared about making sure he felt comfortable. I loved that Cheyana let Harry approach her at his own pace. She was very attentive and thoughtful, sending me photos and updates throughout the booking, which gave me so much peace of mind. About: Retired military medic used to have and to help friends and battle buddies when their animals had to go when they had to go overseas or on TDY work trips and things like that also help friends and things too. I am very by the book so if you leave me a list of rules and what needs to happen I'll make sure it gets done. I have a very open schedule. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.
“Olivia was terrific! she came early to my hotel where I was visiting for a Brown university event and she took very loving care of my Doggie while I went out for the night. I highly recommend her!”

“Noah is the best cat/house sitter in the world. He was so communicative, respectful and treated my cat like his own. My cat loved him and was absolutely living for all the love, care and company Noah provided. I know my cat is just waiting for me to leave so he can hang out with Noah again - and I will never hesitate to do so. I got such great updates from Noah, and felt like I was there with him and my cat, it made being away from my furry buddy so much easier. Thank you Noah!!!”

About: Hello! Hanging with my family and friends’ dogs was always something I enjoyed and grew to love even more after joining Rover in 2018. It’s been a few years since I’ve taken on any Rover clients, but I’m still the go-to dog sitting friend. Dogs generally gravitate toward me and immediately feel comfortable. The same goes for me with them. That being said, I’m not pushy and I always follow the owner’s lead when interacting with their dog, especially for the first time. I work full time but mostly from home, so my schedule can be pretty flexible. I’m available for one-off walks or to dog sit for days at a time in your home. I follow instructions. I treat your home with respect. I pay attention to surroundings while on walks, especially since I could lead your pet on a route different than their used to.
“We feel so lucky to have found Mae. She is communicative, responsive, and professional. Our dog is shy with strangers but warmed up to Mae instantly. Mae is the best!”

Wayland pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kristine is amazing. She is friendly, very accommodating, and knowledgeable about pets, their behaviors. and pets care. Kristine is great with my two very different and very “personalitied” pups. She is very responsive to messages re booking and incredibly communicative during visits and sittings. Kristine is an incredible overnight guest. I never worry about my pups or the house when traveling. I cannot recommend Kristine enough.

Bri took care of my dog for two weeks and it was not easy as she had to navigate a major snowstorm. I came home to a happy and healthy dog who remembered her routine and all of her commands. I could not have asked for a better person to care for my dog. I loved my daily updates as well!

Joanne is AWESOME!!! She watched my Mabel for about a week and I could not recommend her more. She’s super responsive on messages, and sent me a pic of my pup every day I was away with a little update too. She actually asked about this in advance - making sure she adjusted her communications to the needs of the owner (me!)

Emma was incredible with my 12y/o dog reactive pittie. She was super attentive, sent tons of pictures and videos, and communicated super quickly and clearly. She was wonderful staying in my apt and was so great with my instructions for his food and walking tools. Highly recommend her dog sitting and will be reaching out to her again and often!

This was our first time ever using a house and cat sitter, and it was also for a 2 week family vacation over the holidays—so we were understandably a bit nervous. Devorah was a joy to work with and put our concerns to rest immediately. She followed our instructions completely, provided excellent communication throughout our trip and offered regular updates with pictures that gave us complete peace of mind. When a snowstorm occurred, Devorah handled it calmly and professionally. We came home to a house that was left beyond expectations and very happy cats. We truly could not have asked for a better first experience and would absolutely recommend Devorah without hesitation.

Molly was simply the best! After a one-week vacation, we arrived home to two content, well-cared for cats and a clean, well-cared for apartment. We felt completely at ease knowing Molly was caring for our cats, she was super responsive, and we got daily updates and photos. Not only would we love to have her again, we fully recommend her!
