About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and have been caring for dogs for friends, family, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Beyond pet sitting, I’ve worked at an SPCA and at a zoo, where I gained hands-on experience handling and caring for a wide variety of animals. I also study animals professionally, so understanding animal behavior and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and understood is something I genuinely love. I’m comfortable with animals of all personalities and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s individual routine and needs. I’m a graduate student with a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m generally available for dog walks in the mornings and evenings, and I have flexibility during the day depending on my class and research schedule. I’m also available for boarding on weekends. I’m happy to work around each pet’s usual routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care! I live on the top floor of a house with plenty of space for pets to relax and a small yard for some outdoor time. I also have a very friendly cat who loves dogs and other animals, so I’m comfortable caring for pets in a multi-animal home.

About: I have had a dog in the house since I was young. Most recently helped train my family German Shepherd puppy from 10 weeks! I also have experience caring for my dog when she went through a major hip replacement surgery, which required much more intensive care over the course of a few months. Do not currently have any pets (my pup is back home), but have helped take care of both dogs and cats. I am staying in the Brown University area over the summer and will be conducting research as a Master's student. My schedule is very flexible as I mostly work on a laptop. However, there will be days I have to work around experiments, so feel free to inquire! I won't be able to host your pet (sadly), but I am more than willing to visit or walk as needed! I always starts with asking: 1. Any essential things about the pet I need to know (medication, allergies, etc.) 2. Any essential things about the house? (places to keep them out of, toys, beds, where they like to hang out) 3. Food, drink, and potty schedule + locations for each. 4. Anything else you want me to be aware of? (No shoes in the house, stay out of certain rooms, don't let mud get tracked around, etc.) 5. In case there's a mess, how should I clean up? (paper towels, pads, trash bags, etc.) I always want to respect both your house and your little friend so please give me as much detail as possible!

About: I used to work for a doggy daycare in Brookline MA and have had plenty of experience with a lot of different kinds of dogs. I have also been dog sitting for my brother for years and have watched many family pets. I can read dogs well and I know how to keep them happy and healthy I will keep a good eye on your pet as long as I am there. I can help whenever I am available! About: Hi! I have been pet sitting with my non-reactive pup Sylvie for a number of friend's cats and dogs since COVID (usually as a favor) in and out of the New England area. I work at an arts non-profit in PVD and can drive. I can pet-sit and do limited amounts of dog training. Right now I work in a dog-friendly place 10 minutes from my home and my partner is working from home. We like going on hikes and to the dog parks. I would not bring a client's pet to my workplace, but a pet would always have someone with them at all times or at least not be left alone for more than a few hours at a time. I am most flexible on weekends and for overnight care. I have a fenced yard, a crate, and multiple rooms in the home with pocket doors that can split a larger room into two if needed. We usually let pets have free range of home or section off the living room depending on the temperament and needs of the pet.

About: Ive been taking care of my own pets as long as Ive been able, and began pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking for others in high school during 2022. I’ll also treat your home with respect, double-check doors and gates, and follow any specific instructions you leave. “Heather is awesome!!! A family member was supposed to watch our dogs but she was injured just days before our trip. I reached out to Heather at 4pm on a Tuesday and she was at my house for a meet and greet at 8am Wednesday. She was super accommodating from the first moment all the way to the end of the sitting. Throughout our vaca she sent pics and videos but was also totally self sufficient. The dogs had a great time with her. When we got home our dogs were happy to see us but not desperate for attention as they sometimes have been in the past after we’ve been away. You could tell that they were the #1 focus of Heather’s time while we were gone and received tons of play and snuggles. I will absolutely book Heather again and highly recommend her!”
