About: I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I could remember. I’ve been trusted to walk, feed and clean up after your furry friends as needed! I work as a Clinical Medical Assistant at Waukee Peds, in the evening I have time to spend with your loved ones or have full time availability on Saturday and Sunday! I mostly offer in home services to keep pets in an environment that they’re comfortable with. I also have reliable transportation to take them to parks for walk/play.

About: I have grown up taking care of my family dog, training him and making sure he is the happiest he can be. I've been a dog lover since I was a child and have taken care of friends and neighbors' furry friends (cats included) as well. I like to spend my free time volunteering at an animal rescue in De Soto, IA (AHeinz57) handling all different types of dogs and spending time with them. I also am currently fostering a 4 year old Pitty mix who is pretty shy and timid around new people and different things. We’ve worked a lot on her confidence and she has made huge strides. I work 8-4:30 five days a week, but two days remotely. I stay active after work by taking walks around my neighborhood or spending time at an animal rescue. On my remote days, I usually try to get outside over lunch as well. I love spending time with animals, whether it be cuddling and giving pets, throwing a ball in your backyard or taking a few laps around the block. I know that animals need stimulation to keep them occupied, so taking dogs on a "sniffari" or giving furry friends other brain stimulating activities is something I try to do!

About: I’ve always had pets growing up- especially larger dogs and cats. I’m a true animal lover at heart and will treat your fur babies like my own! We pour into our three cats at home and strive to give them the best quality of life- they are our family after all. I know I’m newer to rover, so it’ll take time and reviews to build your trust. Let me prove to you the love I have for animals and the quality care I’ll provide :) My schedule is very flexible as I stay at home with our toddler! Just let me know what you need and I can accommodate! Daytime is better, but I’m open to evenings as well! Weekends are open :) In our home, we treat our 3 cats with unconditional love. We recently had one of our first cats pass away due to CHF. It was very trying decision to come to, but ultimately decided it was best to not let him suffer, no matter how much our hearts would break. Since then, we’ve tried implementing extra vitamins, better quality food, more play time, etc. into our other cats lives to hopefully combat any future health issues with them. I’m a huge animal lover and will treat your fur babies with as much love and care as my own.

“What an amazing person! She communicates so well and is so sweet. Pupperton loved her! He looked so happy coming back from his walk. I am so glad to have Jacqueline for him!”

“Audrey has been awesome for the several visits she's held so far. Kind with the home, wonderful with our pup, communicative and professional. Super happy to have met her!”

About: Hi! I’m Amy, a lifelong animal lover based in the Waukee - Urbandale area. Whether your pup loves long walks, snuggles, or playtime, I’m here to make sure they feel loved and cared for while you’re away. I have 18 years of experience as a registered veterinary technician caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. From puppies to senior pets, I tailor my care to each animal’s unique needs. I treat every pet like family—because they deserve nothing less! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to check on your pets in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the afternoon. Your pets will get consistent care and attention throughout the day. I care for every pet as if they were my own—by showering them with love, snuggles, and always treating them with the upmost kindness and respect.

“Caroline is the absolute sweetest! She came over to do a meet and greet with Toffee before watching her. She asked questions about her medication regimen, health conditions and preferences. It means so much to be able to find someone you trust to watch your fur baby! We will definitely be a repeat client.”

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. I’ve had labs, rottweilers, and pit bulls. I love playing, taking on walks, and visiting with any and all dogs. I would love to help you and your loved pets! I do work full time, 4 days a week. I have the weekends to visit and play with animals. I can also visit animals after or before work. I do not have the space to have dogs at my home. I am looking to do drop in visits, walks, or just spend time with them! For cats as well.

About: Animals have always had my heart whether they have fur, feathers, or floppy ears, I love them like they’re my own! 🐾 From playful puppies to wise old whiskers, I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid, and I’ve had the joy of helping many senior pets live comfortably and happily in their golden years. I truly believe pets are family, and I understand how important it is for them to stay in their own cozy space, surrounded by familiar smells, toys, and routines. That’s why I provide the kind of loving care and attention you’d give them yourself so you can relax knowing your furry (or not-so-furry!) family members are safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away. With over 12 years of experience in pet and house sitting (both through Rover and independently), I’ve spent lots of time with older pups and pets who need daily medication and a little extra TLC. I know how reassuring it is to have someone trustworthy in your home and by your pet’s side. 🐶💬 Just a heads-up: while I’m great at snuggles, meds, and belly rubs, I’m not a certified dog trainer so I will not be offering training services. If you have a training routine you’d like to continue while gone please let me know so I can accommodate. For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, please let me know if there are any security cameras inside the home before a sit begins. I completely understand the need for home security, but just as a heads-up it’s illegal in most states to place cameras in private areas like bathrooms or bedrooms, even if it’s your own home. I respect your space and privacy and kindly ask for the same in return. Thank you so much for understanding! 🐾🏡 Pet care is a big part of my routine, and I always aim for clear, honest communication up front to make sure I’m the right fit before booking this helps avoid any surprises or conflicts later on. I also offer full-time care and am happy to take time off work to focus completely on your pet, especially if they’re extra cuddly or need that close, consistent companionship (Velcro pups are my specialty 🐶💕). I always aim to create a safe, calm space where your dog can feel at ease. As a new face in their home, I take things slow, stay relaxed, and tune into their energy letting them set the pace. I understand how confusing or stressful it can be when their favorite human isn’t around, so my goal is to build trust and help them feel secure, cared for, and comfortable while you’re away. 🐾💛

About: I’ve taken care of every type of dog since I was young. Growing up we raised lab puppies & I saw to their feeding, play, and waste removal throughout every age. I’ve dog sat big and small dogs and cats alike through home visits and home stays. I am an elementary teacher so I am available anytime in the summer, on the weekends, most holidays, and on week nights after 6pm! I’d love to love on your fur babies! I love furry companions to go on walks with, play with, and enjoy the overall company of any 4 legged friend! I would love to spoil your pet while you’re away!
