“Kathy was truly awesome! She took great care of our babies while we were away for 9 days! She made sure she fed the cats, cleaned the litter box and played with them. She went above and beyond to fix the problem with our automatic feeder while we were away and couldn’t do anything’ She followed instructions perfectly and always asked questions when she had any! It was easy to stay in contact with her and she responds very quickly! Our babies were definitely in good hands and definitely booking with Kathy again!”

“Gabby is the best cat sitter we have ever had. We were nervous to hire a new sitter after we had just relocated across the country. We could tell from our first visit that Gabby was going to go above and beyond to make sure our kitties were well cared for while we were away. Gabby brings toys for our cats to play with, cleaned the water fountain for us, took the trash out after regularly cleaning the litter boxes, she was incredible. We are so grateful to have met someone in the area who can so diligently care for our babies while we are away. We highly recommend Gabby!”

“Brittany took amazing care of our FOUR cats over the Thanksgiving holiday. We arrived home to happy cats and a clean home. I will definitely be reaching out to Brittany in the future.”

“Michelle was excellent to work with. We were very happy knowing our cats were being well cared for with regular updates that included pictures. Would definitely have her again for future stays.”

“Barbara was AMAZING and took care of my cat, Amy, as if it were her own precious child. I can’t recommend Barbara highly enough and will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care Danielle provided for my 14-year-old cat, Emerson, over the New Year holiday. From the moment I met her, it was clear she’s kind, responsible, and truly loves animals. Emerson, who can be a bit shy with new people, warmed up to Danielle right away, and I knew she was in great hands. Danielle kept me updated with sweet photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my time away. I could tell Emerson was well-cared for, and I’ll absolutely be booking Danielle again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate pet sitter!”

About: I grew up with dogs all my life. Whether it was my own golden retriever or lab or my friends great dane or chihuahua, I've always been around dogs. My current childhood dog is a 14 year old chocolate lab. She's a senior but her bad hips and hearing loss doesn't stop her from acting like a puppy. I've been a volunteer at the Hotel for Homeless Dogs, a shelter located in Cumberland, RI, since November 2023. Being a volunteer there has exposed me to tons of different types of dogs. Big, small, old, young, reactive, dog aggressive, shy, docile - you name it! Being around and caring for a wide range of dogs helped me gain experience and confidence in my pet care ability. I'm currently working full time, M-F until 4:00 pm. I'm available 5:00 - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on weekends. Currently, I cannot accommodate boarding pets in my home, as I rent and property management does not allow pets. That being said, I pride myself in treating someone else's space/ home, like my own. I am respectful, cleanly, honest, communicative and kind!

“Meg did an amazing job with our very shy Kitty. Sparky was very comfortable with her right away and would follow her around the house. Meg also went above and beyond to make sure Sparky got his daily medications and communicated very effectively with us. We will absolutely request her Services again in the future! A very kind and thoughtful and thorough helper!”

“Sara was great! She was communicative, punctual, and sent lots of pictures! One of my cats is a bit of a stinker and can difficult during feeding time (he has to be separated from his brother for meals), but she handled him without issue!! I’m always a bit uneasy leaving my babies but I felt comfortable and confident leaving them with Sara! Thank you again!!!”

About: The services I provide include dog walking, dog feeding, and playing with a dog. I also can provide these services to cats as well as scooping the litter box. My experience: Most recently, I walked my sisters mixed 20lb dog twice a week for the past two years. He is reactive towards other dogs and I had to learn how to walk him properly with that in mind. I have also dog sat for family, just hanging out and making sure the dog was fed and felt comfortable. Currently, I am able to fit care for your pets in whenever needed. I recently moved and have not yet found a full time job, so your pets are my priority! I keep my cat indoors and clean weekly to ensure her fur is not picking up anything gross. In my sisters home, I pick up any accidents from her dog and make sure his face is clean before I let him back into the house. I also wipe his paws down so he is not tracking dirt in the house. There is no fenced in area so he’s stayed leashed at all times with a harness on.

About: I have worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility in North Kingstown for more than 10 years! Due to my experience, I have worked with dogs of all sizes, shapes, ages, personalities, etc. Between the dogs at my job and my own pets at home, I have had lots of experience giving different medications as well, if that is ever needed with your pet! I was a walker through Rover up until a few months ago, but due to scheduling changes and my husband starting a new job, I wasn't able to offer the care I was able to previously. But I am able to offer my services again, so please reach out with any dog walking or drop-in visits you need! I would be happy to help! ** Please see below for more precise availability. ** I do currently work full time, but I have availability during the week, and possibly on the weekends (depending on the time) to offer my services for dog walking and drop-in visits. The hours I have available are: Mondays: I am available after 12 pm. Tuesdays: I work until 5pm. But may be able to squeeze in some pet care after I get out. Wednesdays: I am free all day :) Thursday: I am free all day :) Friday: I am available until 12pm. Saturdays & Sundays: I work 10-6 both days, but would be able to squeeze in some pet care before or after. I will take your pet for a nice walk (at their pace, for their comfort) around the neighborhood or to their favorite spot, or spend my time playing/giving company to your pet when you're not home. My attention stays on the animal at all times as you never know what pets will try to get into. If there are any concerns, I will thoroughly check the animal (to their comfort level, I will not push an animal to let me examine them but will promptly let owners know of any concerns.) I can offer water or food at your request and give medication if ever needed with your instructions.

“Aly Was completely wonderful with our two cats. Sensitive, kind and communicative. She sent us many sweet photos which were wonderful. I cannot recommend her highly enough -we feel so comfortable leaving our kitties in the care of Aly and her partner again in the future.”

About: Hi! I’m Kris. I’ve been caring for dogs for years and truly love spending time with them. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs — big, small, playful, shy, seniors, and puppies. I’m patient, responsible, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping your dog company while you’re away. I can also give medications if needed. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. I’ll make sure they feel loved, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I currently have a new pup named Finn, so my days are already structured around walks, training, playtime, and consistency. I’ve trained several of my own dogs in the past, so I’m used to maintaining a schedule that supports both physical exercise and positive behavior. Because I’m already focused on providing care and training throughout the day, adding in additional pets feels like a smooth extension of what I already love doing. Whether it’s a quick visit, a walk, or longer-term care, I make sure each pet gets the attention, patience, and care they need. I care for pets by sticking to their normal routine and making sure they feel safe and happy in their own home. Whether I’m stopping by for a walk, playtime, feeding, or just some company, I treat every pet like my own. I follow any instructions you leave, keep things clean, and always make sure your pet has fresh water, a full belly, and lots of attention. I also send updates so you know your pet is doing great while you’re away.

Warwick cat parents share their Rover experiences
Aly was amazing! Our plans changed at the last minute and she was able to take care of our babies. We were gone for a long time and I never had to worry about our kitties while we were away. She really went above and beyond to make sure our cats were well taken cared of and loved. I can’t recommend Aly enough!!

Kim was awesome! She took care of our three cats for several days. She spent extra time with the cats the first few days to acclimate them to her. She made sure they were fed and administered topical ear medication. Kim really went the extra mile! She She gave us detailed updates and photos every day, keeping us fully informed and our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend her to others and would book her again in the future!

Bianca did such an amazing job taking care of my two cats while I was away, very thoughtful and always followed instructions perfectly. She's very kind with animals and respectful during home visits, always checking in and asking questions while keeping me updated properly on how my two are doing. I highly recommend Bianca and will definitely rebook again for more drop in visits in the future for my pets.

Vanessa has checked-in on our cat Shelley for us while we’ve been out of town on several occasions and she has always been very kind and easy to communicate with. We’re very appreciative of her help and strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable person to care for your pet.

Leanne visited Mr. Shelby twice a day while I was away. She sent lots of photos and played with his favorite toys. This is the first time I have hired from Rover and not had a relative watch Mr. Shelby while I was away and this was the happiest he has been when I got home from a trip. I think he appreciated Leanne’s company and made a new best friend. I will definitely be hiring again. Without a doubt I highly recommend! I would even argue she is better than a relative watching him because sometimes relatives cut play time short, but Leanne was always at our home longer than the 30 minutes required which is so appreciated.
