“Jaynee was the 3rd Rover pet sitter that we checked out before booking. We are very picky and looked at her responsiveness, house cleanliness, and experience to able to a young dog/puppy. We decided to book with Jaynee after our first encounter with her dog and our dog, so see if they can tolerate each other. During Apricot's stay, Jaynee was very responsive and updated us every morning about Apricot! She sent pictures and videos! She asked questions about his potty behavior due to his anxiety. Her house was very clean up front and inside. She provided him food and water bowls when we forgot his! I also forgot to leave instructions on feeding, emergency, etc but Jaynee was very responsible and asked right away! We booked Jaynee before the July 4th holiday to the 3rd, and the weather was VERY hot in San Jose, and Jaynee was very sensible about walking in the morning and late evening! The weather is so hot the asphalt/concrete would burn paws! We already booked Jaynee for December and highly recommend her for any pet parent!”

Leo is on a weight management plan and Yan helped us with keeping Leo on his food schedule. They accommodated our requests and were very welcoming . Yan and her husband have a cat tree and a cat bed which our cat enjoyed using. Our cat seemed very happy after returning from Yan’s place. I will recommend Yan to anyone looking for a cat sitter.”

Janelle is absolutely the best! This was our pug Lincoln’s third stay with her and he is always treated like family during his stays. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leaving my dog, Maxx, with this amazing family while I was away. From the moment we met, it was clear they truly cared and created a warm, welcoming environment. It felt like Maxx was staying with close friends rather than a service. They looked after him with genuine love and attention, making sure he was well-fed, walked regularly, and comfortable at all times. The regular updates they sent were thoughtful and reassuring, and I could tell Maxx was happy, relaxed, and in good hands. Finding someone you can trust with your pet is never easy, but this felt like a true home-away-from-home experience. I’m so grateful for the care they gave Maxx, and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again in the future.
Patt was great with our senior dog Louis who has some special needs due to his age. She was patient and kind and followed up regularly while we were away. Great that she has a dedicated outdoor space that is all fenced in. We also received regular photo updates so we can see that he was happy and comfortable. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to have Patt watching our baby boy.
We love her! She really is the best sitter we, I, have encountered on here. She's very respectful with everything she does. She will ask me if she could take me boy to the dog park without assuming. She sends pics so often that I don't need to ask her. She even sent me a pic of Thunder in his "chill" mode, which I HARDLY receive from another sitter. I always have to ask for this specific picture because it tells me that Thunder is comfortable and likes where he's at. This is my goal with any sitter concerning him. Also, he went straight to her when getting him out the van.... another thing I look for. Normally, he doesn't want to go and leave me,and I have to get out with him, but not with Mirah... he'll go straight to her. We love her. That's all I got to say.
