About: Caring for cats and dogs is second nature to me. Every animal is unique, and learning each pet's habits and personalities is both interesting and rewarding. I have lived in Raleigh most of my life and I am familiar with the local animal hospitals and shelters. I am close friends with several veterinarians, and I am also a certified in CPR as a RECOVER Pet Rescuer. I am available most days with very short notice, and any day with a week's notice. I stain and repair decks during the warmer months, but the schedule is very flexible. I am available morning, noon or night. Animal care is dependent on the pet. I would follow the owner's instructions and rely on my extensive knowledge of cats and dogs to provide the best care possible.

About: I have experience working with different types of animals including dogs, cats, and horses! I started out taking care of horses in 2021, and since then I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for my family and neighbors. I love going outside on walks and I know how to handle a big dog or a leash puller! I work really well with following an established routine and I value communication. I also have a golden retriever named Tilly that I’ve helped raise since she was a puppy, and she just turned 4! She requires daily medication, so I’m very familiar with hiding it in her treats. I love all furry friends big or small and I can’t wait to meet yours! I’m a student with lots of free time this summer! I’m an early riser, ready to go at 6-7am, and I end my days at around 9-10pm. I have lots of flexibility for all times of the day during the week, except on Thursdays I’ll only be available in the morning or evening. I can care for your pets in your own home, where they will feel most comfortable and secure. They’ll be sure to get lots of attention and love from me, and you will get consistent updates about them! I also love going on walks, so active dogs will get plenty of exercise. I’ll follow instructions left for me about their daily schedule and relay any concerns or questions I might have.

About: I’ve grown up with many dogs ranging from Dachshunds to Pitbulls. I love helping my dogs stay active and comfortable. I would love to care for your pet, small or large, in your time away! I work a few days a week, so I am able to care for your pet through drop-ins and walks Monday-Friday from 6am-9pm. With at least a one day notice, I will make sure to prioritize your pet in my schedule. For drop-ins and walking, I will make sure to check on all of your animals needs and anything else pet related that you would like while I am there. About: I have dog-sat, cat-sat, and walked dogs of all ages and sizes since I was a kid, for friends, family members, and neighbors. I am willing to travel outside my town to provide services. I am also very comfortable with caring for more exotic animals, as I grew up spending my summers learning to ride horses on a farm with goats, chickens, pigs, rabbits and the like. Rural locations are very acceptable to me, as I have no phobia of insects or snakes. I have plenty of time every day of the week to care for pets, including early mornings and late nights. Many weekday mornings I will be unavailable for up to 3 hours total, usually from 8-11 AM. I also work part-time Monday evenings. I can care for your dogs just as I do my own, with plenty of exercise and attention as needed. I am used to “moody” animals that may want some space, and can keep less social pets safe on walks in busy neighborhoods. I am also very comfortable being as hands-on as necessary with pets; I can crate/collar/bathe as needed.

Now, with our son entering high school and seeking to learn work ethic and financial management, we see pet care as an opportunity for him to earn and save. I'm available to stop by starting at 7:30 am and in the afternoons and in the evenings and weekends my son will join me. About: I have always loved animals since I was a small child. I grew up helping to take care of my family's dog as well as pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I worked at an animal rescue through college as an animal care team member and adoption counselor. After I graduated, I started out working in animal hospital as a kennel and day camp assistant. I worked my way up in the veterinary hospital field from kennel to day camp to veterinary assistant and I have been professionally working with animals for the last 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats and some pocket pets. I work with outpatient appointments and assist in surgeries at my current animal hospital and oversee all surgery appointments as their Surgery Coordinator. I can give medication, both oral and injectable. I have experience taking care of special need animals as well as pets with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and kidney disease. Working with animals has taught me how to understand their behaviors as well as their needs, both medically and mentally. I can take care of young puppies and kittens to older senior pets. I have experience caring for pets of all sizes and breeds as well. I work full time in Raleigh at a local animal hospital but offer visits before work, after work and a little later in the night for a last minute potty breaks, medications or cuddles if needed during the week. I also have afternoon availabity on weekends for additional visits or walks as well. I enjoy spending time with the pets I care for as if they are my own so they have my all of my attention while we’re together. I am currently working full time at a local animal hospital so I am available in the mornings and evenings. I spend time with my current clients before I head to work in the morning and after leave work in the late afternoon or early evening, and I can do a late night visit as well. On weekends and occasionally during the week when I am off of work, I can also offer an early afternoon visit as well. I currently offer home visits and dog walks. I make sure to take time to understand the needs that your pet. I will provide updates and photos to each client as well while I am with their pet.
