About: Long time dog lovers adopted by a pregnant stray cat shortly before our precious senior Brittanys passed. Our pet love has grown! 💜 I do miss the dog walks and silliness, and would be happy to share that again. I have a flexible schedule, and while our cats are mostly pretty chill, we have a separate space they can go if things feel tricky. At present I am a stay at home mom to one elementary aged child so my hours are flexible throughout the week. My husband frequently works from home and we are a pretty low key family of introverts. We have a large fenced yard for play and love to take walks on leashes. Our home is pet friendly and cozy. We have two cats who have their own space they can retreat to when needed. Our son is in kindergarten and has been around pets since birth.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have grown up around pets for as long as I can remember! I’m someone who is patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m always willing to learn what makes your pet feel the most comfortable and happy. When I’m taking care of your pets, my priority is making sure they feel loved, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Whether that means going on a walk, playing outside, getting some extra cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’ll make sure they get the attention they deserve! I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different energy levels and personalities, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I also understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the person taking care of your fur babies, so I’ll keep you updated and make sure you know how they’re doing. I’m currently a student and would love to spend some of my free time caring for animals! I have classes Monday–Friday, but my schedule varies throughout the week. Mondays I’m in class from 9 AM–5 PM, Tuesdays from 11 AM–12:30 PM, Wednesdays until 8 PM, Thursdays until 5 PM, and Fridays until 3 PM. I’m completely free on weekends and am also happy to work with the gaps between my classes during the week. I’m flexible and would love to find a schedule that works best for you and your pets! Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I will make sure they are supervised, secure, and comfortable at all times. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including their walking routes, feeding schedule, medications, and any specific rules you have for your home or pets. I’m also very mindful of their environment and will keep doors and gates securely closed, watch for anything that could be unsafe, and never leave your pet unattended in an unfamiliar or risky situation. I’ll treat your home and belongings with the same care and respect that I would want someone to show my own home. About: I have grown up with 3 different dogs of very different personalities. Learning how to train them, care for them, and groom them was a large responsibility of mine. When I was around 9, I started caring for neighborhood pets. For several families I have continuously been an overnight caregiver, and for many additional families I have been a regular dog walker. These jobs have given me all kinds of experience with many different kinds of animals. Whether it’s a 150lb of pure muscle machine or an anxious ankle-biter, I strive to love them in the best way possible! My schedule is very flexible and this service brings me so much joy- no matter the time or place! I am passionate about every kind of animal— big or small, rowdy or tame, scaly or fluffy— I want to make sure that they are in the best hands! For this summer, I am only working free-lance/part-time jobs! In the summer and winter I am in Castle Rock, CO, and then during the school year I am in Waco, Texas. For care in a clients home, I will check in as frequently as possible and as often as the client requests. I will spend intentional time being present with the animals and be careful and aware of every need. In my home, the pets will have a gated backyard to play in, a thousand toys, and a kennel available if the clients desire. We have one dog at home who is incredibly friendly, but can also be separated or in a different area if needed.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life. From neighbors dogs to complete new dogs i have found a connection with them and have had so much joy taking care of them. I am a part time employee at In-n-Out. I usually never work long shifts so in the days i’ll go to the beach for long walks or just find ways to enjoy the sun and the outside. I have a fenced front and back yard with grass in the front as well as a white lab to keep your babies entertained and happy. I have an energetic and friendly personality no matter the house i’m in.

About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I've taken care of little puppies, dogs with belly issues, and dogs with a tendency for getting into mischief. I am up for anything and have a deep care for excellence and integrity. Your pet's safety and enjoyment is my top priority. I am finishing up grad school this Fall semester with an internship and a part-time job. I am usually out of the house for 3 to 6 hours during the day (this can vary depending on the pets specific needs), but I am naturally a homebody, so if I can be home, that’s where I’ll be. Mondays and Thursdays I have a night class from 6 to 10 PM (minus one Thursday a month). Tuesday nights I have a church engagement from 7 to 9:30 PM. Aside from those commitments, I am *usually* at home the other nights of the week. On Saturday, I’m usually home for a good chunk of the day, minus maybe three hours here and there. Sundays, I go to church in the morning but am back at the house making lunch and doing chores, until I need to leave to run errands or get much needed quality time with friends. If owners allow me to have friends over, it means that I get more quality time with their fur babies, but I always ask beforehand and respect whatever the owner prefers. I am a homebody and so enjoy spending time with the dogs (and/or cats) that I take care of, whether that’s playing fetch, giving lots of ear and belly rubs, running around the house or just resting for those senior pets. With that being said, because I have quite a bit scheduled out of the house this semester, I will probably work best with dog owners who don’t need someone at their house 24/7. My goal is open communication and to serve pet owners in a way that works best for them. Whenever I dog sit at the owner's home, I take on the motto: "leave it looking better than when you arrived." I walk in a deep conviction for taking care of other people's things. I am transparent and value open communication. It is best that I take care of your pet in your home since my home lacks a backyard and adequate space for play.

About: After I moved to Waco in 2017, I quickly built my Rover business to over 50 canine and feline clients. I currently have one dog, a rescued pit/cattle dog mix named Shya. She’s a little shy at first but loves people. She loves to play tug and catch, but is a fetch master! She enjoys other dogs in a one-on-one setting, especially when chasing each other is involved! I grew up with 4 cats, a turtle, and 5 dogs. I was 10 years old when I began sitting my neighbor’s dog. I’ve raised three dogs from puppyhood 4 months or younger. Three I trained from a year old. Each dog has been wonderful and taught me something different about canine care. To learn what made my dogs tick, I worked for 7 years with a top positive reinforcement behavioral dog trainer and learned a lot about canine body language, different training tools and approaches, and selecting quality food, treats, and toys. About: Pets have always been apart of my family, growing up with two dogs and 8 cats (indoor/outdoor) I simply could not imagine a life without them! I have confident knowledge in caring for senior pets (administering medicine, joint massages, mobility support) along with fresh faces in the world (potty training, teething, crate training, etc.). My best approach has always been patience and love. Not every pet knows what to do when their person leaves and that is OKAY! I am here to make sure they are comfortable and cared for, just as they are if you were home. I am currently a full-time doctorate student online so I spend 100% of my day at home. I am available to stay with your pups completely during the day giving them lots of attention and time outside, I’m sure we both will enjoy it!! I will likely spend nights (if applicable) in my home but can definitely be flexible to what suits your needs best. I have a dog park and dog wash station at my apartment and lots of outdoor space for them to roam. I like to make sure they are getting the care they need whether that be outside playing or inside getting cuddles, I’m here for it all!
