About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs throughout my life of all ages. I’ve had a few dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were puppies. I’ve had neighbors ask me to pet sit for them. I can bathe, feed, walk, and play with your animals! I am in Waco Texas and am available any weekend to look after your pets! I am only not available Sunday mornings because I’ll be at church! I can do most anything you ask of me. I will also do the basics: walking, feeding, keeping an eye on their health, entertaining, etc.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life. From neighbors dogs to complete new dogs i have found a connection with them and have had so much joy taking care of them. I am a part time employee at In-n-Out. I usually never work long shifts so in the days i’ll go to the beach for long walks or just find ways to enjoy the sun and the outside. I have a fenced front and back yard with grass in the front as well as a white lab to keep your babies entertained and happy. I have an energetic and friendly personality no matter the house i’m in.

About: I have grown up with 3 different dogs of very different personalities. Learning how to train them, care for them, and groom them was a large responsibility of mine. When I was around 9, I started caring for neighborhood pets. For several families I have continuously been an overnight caregiver, and for many additional families I have been a regular dog walker. These jobs have given me all kinds of experience with many different kinds of animals. Whether it’s a 150lb of pure muscle machine or an anxious ankle-biter, I strive to love them in the best way possible! My schedule is very flexible and this service brings me so much joy- no matter the time or place! I am passionate about every kind of animal— big or small, rowdy or tame, scaly or fluffy— I want to make sure that they are in the best hands! For this summer, I am only working free-lance/part-time jobs! In the summer and winter I am in Castle Rock, CO, and then during the school year I am in Waco, Texas. For care in a clients home, I will check in as frequently as possible and as often as the client requests. I will spend intentional time being present with the animals and be careful and aware of every need. In my home, the pets will have a gated backyard to play in, a thousand toys, and a kennel available if the clients desire. We have one dog at home who is incredibly friendly, but can also be separated or in a different area if needed.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was five years old, and neighbors trusted me with their pets as early as age 16. I continue to help friends and family by providing walks, playtime, and plenty of comfort and companionship for their pet. I have experience with pets of all ages, from puppies to seniors, and with dogs who have disabilities. Also small animals such as mice, hamsters, bunnies all the way up to Salcuta tortoise , I truly treat every pet like family and believe animals bring peace and joy to our lives. As I write this, I’m sitting for six dogs happily curled up at my feet and in my lap right where they belong. I currently work a shift schedule where I would be available after 2 pm or after 5 am. In my home, I have a fenced yard that is perfect for both my dogs and my tortoise. I spoil my tortoise with delicious treats and ensure he stays warm in the winter. My dogs are like my kids; I take them for walks, give them treats, and shower them with love. When caring for a client's pet, I strictly follow their instructions. I provide treats if permitted, take them for walks as needed, and offer plenty of affection to ensure they feel loved. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment, helping them feel comfortable and at ease while their owners are away.

About: I have always had cats in my life since I can remember. Now I have 3 of my own. 2 inside and one outside. I know how to feed, clean and care for all pets needs. We also now have a dog in our family and he is spoiled rotten. He likes to go on walks, play fetch All of our animals are cared for in the mornings when we wake up. Everyone gets fresh water and food. My long haired cat gets combed daily, medicine in his eyes and eyes cleaned out. By that time it is time to feed everyone I have a fenced yard for my dog and my two cats stay in the house. My outside cat comes in and out all day, eating and playing with the other kitties.

About: I have parented and fostered dogs for 15 years -- they bring me so much joy! I love working with Rover because I want to help families who are in search of great care for their furry family member while they are busy or away. I absolutely adore dogs and how much they are messengers of love and healing to humans in ways that people just can’t. I believe in being service to people and to animals in order to make a difference. In addition to being a foster mom for shelter dogs when time allows, I’m work as an elementary school teacher. I have been a mommy to a Beagle, Springer Spaniel and now a Boxer, Duffy, and 4-pound Chihuahua, Gizmo, who was a foster fail. Sadly, they have all passed the rainbow bridge. I have fostered and sat for many different breeds, large and small. I have worked for a professional dog walker and sitter in the past year prior to me going back to teaching full time and have experience with opening houses to retrieve dogs for walks as well as overnight sits at a client’s home. I also have experience caring for cats as well. In my spare time, I also like to get together with friends for game time, scuba dive and run. While I live in Woodway, TX I can only take overnight sits or drop in visits, at this time. I can also take in mail, water plants, and care for other smaller animals, such as a bunny, gerbil, or lizard, for no extra charge. While I’m caring for your pup, I make sure they are comfortable by giving them the space they need or spending playtime with them. Whatever your dog needs to feel at ease, I always respond in a loving, kind and confident way. My clients love it that I have a heart that cares deeply about animals -- especially dogs -- and I take the responsibility of being the caregiver of their pet very seriously because I know how much my dogs meant to me and my family. I think they also love my flexibility to do whatever it takes to make them and their fur babies comfortable about Rover’s process and services. I am a full time teacher so i am available during weekends and school breaks including parts of the summer. Depending on the need of the animal, I am also open to keeping an animal while i am at work, which is now about usually 9 hours a day. I have an outside kennel available for the backyard in that case if you would like or cats (out of kennel), birds, gerbils, etc..would be inside the house. I follow directions exactly as the client requests. I make sure that your home and pets are secure and cared for at all times, either in my home or yours. I will send you pictures as frequently as you like (usually once a day) and you are free to check in with me while you are away. I will contact you immediately if there are any issues or concerns while your furry family members are in my care!

About: I consider myself a "mother of nature," because no matter what what kind of animal it is I am a natural at nurturing everything from fur-babies to feathered friends. I grew up with dogs, and I've always helped my disabled mom with her 4, now senior, dogs (two pitties, a rat terrier, and a chiweenie.) I love taking them on nature walks, and I even cook chicken or ground beef and rice for them, and use holistic remedies to keep them in top shape for their ages (15+). Animal rescue also comes naturally, because I feel humans are meant to be the keepers of the earth. Every night I feed a colony of stray cats and their neighbors (raccoons, opossums, and ducks.) 😁💖 It's a joy to me to help and have fun with cats and dogs, because I love animals. That's why I'm your fur-baby's favorite auntie! If you feel like I would be a great fit for your pet, let me know when you need me to be available. I'm an entrepreneur, so I can make exceptions and be flexible with scheduling. Currently, I don't have any pets in my household, besides two cats that I allow in for feeding and sometimes sleeping at night or when the weather is bad. They usually prefers to be outside. I take my disabled mom's dogs out every evening, so it's like I have 3 dogs. Although, they don't live with me.

About: I have experience taking care of animals in and outside the vet. I went to school to be a vet assisting and have learned a lot on handling animals of all sizes and ages. I have also ad experience with watching pets for friends and others. All the animals I own are adopted from shelters. I’m all about saving the fur babies that need homes.
