About: After I moved to Waco in 2017, I quickly built my Rover business to over 50 canine and feline clients. I currently have one dog, a rescued pit/cattle dog mix named Shya. She’s a little shy at first but loves people. She loves to play tug and catch, but is a fetch master! She enjoys other dogs in a one-on-one setting, especially when chasing each other is involved! I grew up with 4 cats, a turtle, and 5 dogs. I was 10 years old when I began sitting my neighbor’s dog. I’ve raised three dogs from puppyhood 4 months or younger. Three I trained from a year old. Each dog has been wonderful and taught me something different about canine care. About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life. From neighbors dogs to complete new dogs i have found a connection with them and have had so much joy taking care of them. I am a part time employee at In-n-Out. I usually never work long shifts so in the days i’ll go to the beach for long walks or just find ways to enjoy the sun and the outside. I have a fenced front and back yard with grass in the front as well as a white lab to keep your babies entertained and happy. I have an energetic and friendly personality no matter the house i’m in.

About: I've taken care of dogs (and other animals) since I was a 12, but they were mostly my own. While in my last years of college I started watching friend & family dogs as a part time gig and it has become fairly consistent ever since. I love all animals and I've had the joy to watch many different kinds over the years...even some farm animals! Some might call me nuts, but I have watched a total of 8 dogs at one time. I'm always up for a little bit of chaos when it comes to pet sitting and I really enjoy giving owners the peace of mind that their babies are in good care. I just started a hybrid job, my work schedule is very flexible. For younger dogs I'm able to be at home more should their typical schedule require it. I only offer in home pet sitting. Over the years I've learned that it works much better for the pets to be in their usual environment. I like to come into the home and adapt to their life so its as stress free as possible. By doing so this also gives me the opportunity to "house sit" and keep an eye on the place as well. If needed I will collect the mail/newspaper/packages, water the plants, assist with any maintenance appts etc. Before going to a new home, I insist on coming by for a meet and greet to meet the dog/s and get a lay of the land to make sure both parties are comfortable.

About: I am a stay at home homesteader that has three rescue doggos that live inside and a guardian livestock dog that spends her days taking care of the farm. We have hatched, raised and spend our days giving all the snacks to almost 50 chickens, 17 guineas, and 6 ducks. We have 2 goats one of which is about to give us a third. I know how hard it can be the travel with peace of mind without your babies with you, and I’d love to be able to help people enjoy your time away from home. Being able to set my own schedule while caring for other animals will allow me the ability to still care for my own animals without pulling time from them. About: I have had animals my entire life and currently have 5 dogs, 5 cats and a horse. My full time job is on a farm taking care of horses so I have the ability to administer fist aid and medications and am comfortable with all sizes and shapes of animals. I am now focusing on the most important thing in life which is family and I would love to take care of your fur babies when you need it! I am a certified forehead kisser and a great conversationalist with the non-speaking, I do not discriminate on personality and/or breed. I am confident in my ability to make your fur baby feel comfortable in my presence and I can't wait to meet you! I am available early mornings to afternoons until about 3pm-5pm! (Open to longer days depending on your schedule) Weekend availability when needed. As of right now, I am not offering any overnight stays. Before taking care of your pet, I would love to meet them and also have you show me around your home and/or list out any specifications or requirements. (written out instructions are definitely a preference to have on hand!) If you feel comfortable having the pet at my home, I do live in a gated community with plenty of area for walks and outside time! My home is currently run by a cat named James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser (bonus points if you know who that is) and he could not care less about dogs so he'll just deliver the constant side eye. I am very comfortable administering medicine if needed (including injections) I do require some form of flea and tick prevention - whether that be Nexgard, Seresto collar, or essential oils.
