About: I've had my first dog when I was 3 years old and have had 7 since over the years. I have worked with all age ranges and energy levels from puppies to seniors. I currently have two of my own. A three year old rescue staffy named Athena and 9 month old toy poodle/dachshund mix named Lilah. When I first got Athena she had severe reactivity issues. I have spent countless hours over the last year working on her impulse, obidence, and reactivity training daily. The difference in her temperament has been night and day and I am so proud of the strides she has made. My little one, Lilah, is a little ball of energy. I have crate, impluse, and am in the process of potty training her. She just had her first heat cycle and we worked through that and now is a very active pup who can play tug and fetch all day. I too am a very active person being an army vet and half marathon runner, so no matter the energy level or temperament level of the dog I am capable of meeting any needs to spoil your pooch. To me dogs are not pets they are family and a tremendous amount of care will go into every booking I complete. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and I look forward to caring for your pup. I currently work at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Monday through Friday 10am-7pm. Outside of those hours I am free to care for your pup. I live in an apartment and am unable to board any dogs, but am more than happy to do drop in visits, walks/runs, and can play with your dog until either one of our energy is drained.
“Kristy did a wonderful job looking after my cat while I was away for a week. She was sure to sent me at least four pictures of my fur kitty which I appreciated and would tell me have sweet and loving he is. I plan on using her services again if ever I leave the Waco area.”

“Michaela was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsible. She did a great job watching my two cats for me and did everything I asked. Plus, she cared for my sick cat and kept me updated on how he was doing. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to leave their animals in good hands.”
“Kaitlyn did such a great job, helping us with our pets this weekend. We have two dogs and three cats, and she took very good care of all of them. She was very attentive and communicative when she was over at our house caring for animals. I would highly recommend her!”

About: While I am not a professional pet sitter, I grew up around family dogs and am very comfortable caring for them. I’m attentive, patient, and reliable, and I understand the importance of making pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits well into my routine as I am a graduate student currently on summer break. During this time, I have a flexible schedule and am typically available Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs. I prioritize keeping the pet’s routine consistent, maintaining a calm and safe environment, and ensuring their space is respected and left as I found it.
About: I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. It is our responsibility as humans to take the best care of them. Every dog is special and deserves to be attended to appropriately. I am a Waco local and student at MCC studying to become a teacher. I’m currently working part time most weekdays until 6 pm. I can take appointments starting at 6:30 which is perfect during this Texas heat. I wouldn’t mind doing later walks when the weather is cooler. I will always make sure your pet is healthy and happy! My goal is to take extraordinary care of your pet and make sure it has everything it needs
About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life! I love all of them. I have experience with feeding, bathing, nurturing, walking, all of it! I am a full time student and I work from 8:00am -5:00pm Monday-Friday! I’m free on the weekends and before and after work! I can be sure to fit all of your fur babies into my schedule ! I have a fenced in yard that your babies can play in! As well as the ability to provide them with all of my attention!
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child. I lived on a farm and took care of every kind of animal there was! My neighbors and friends have relied on me to care for their fur babies while they were out of town. This included walking, brushing, cuddling, feeding, cleaning up after them and making sure they were happy while their favorite people were away! I truly love animals in all shapes and sizes and would consider it a blessing to be able to watch yours! I took care of a very elderly dog in the last stages of his life and was so happy to be able to be there to comfort him as he passed on. The rate listed on my site is for a 24 hour stay. I would only leave for a few short breaks. I sell Avon so I make my own schedule. This leaves me plenty of time to take care of your precious animals. I am able to go to your home as many times a day that you think is needed. I have a very elderly cat so I am unable to care for pets in my home until she passes. Once she does, then I can watch animals in my home. I am able to care for pets in their own homes.

About: I love animals. To add to that, dogs and cats love me and typically come up to me for love and attention. I also talk to them like I would a baby.. that's not weird, right? I work full time 6 days, but typically have 3 consecutive days off, so I can give your pets the attention they need as long as you need it. I can stop by in the evenings on workdays or anytime on my days off. My dog and cats are all indoor pets. They do not step foot outside sadly. They are very delicate to the environment here in Texas. I feed them 3 times a day and they receive fresh water.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Woodway
Madison was absolutely excellent. We have three large dogs, with one of the dogs being an elder. We left out of state to visit family for 4 days. Madison sent us pictures, She arrived on time to care for the dogs and let us know how they were doing daily. It was my first time to use Rover. At first, I was a little apprehensive allowing someone in my home, but she was absolutely trustworthy and awesome. I’m gonna find reasons to keep bringing her back. Highly highly recommend Madison.

Leaving my dogs is always tough for me because I worry so much, but Angela was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I met her, I could tell she was caring, attentive, and truly loves animals. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and sent me the best photo updates throughout the day. The extra time spent throwing the ball and playing in the yard meant the world to us. It made being away so much easier knowing my dogs were in such great hands. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time using Rover, I had a last minute trip I had to take. Brittany responded right away to be with my dog. She did a great job! She sent me pictures of my puppy and snuggled him, which he loves! I would recommend Brittany to watch and care for anyone’s pets!

We found Cheryl because our wedding was in the Crawford/Waco area!!! She was such an amazing help over lunch and during the evenings over our wedding weekend. Would highly recommend her to anyone. She was super communicative, nice, and helpful! Our dog Murphy absolutely loved her. Added bonus she has a younger son who also loves dogs and really wears the dogs out playing with them! We loved it!! Would highly recommend! She’s was on time and did anything we asked for your dig! Thanks again Sheryl!

Sharleen is amazing. We had some unexpected health issues arise during the time she was supposed to drop in. Due to my daughter being home I’ll, we no longer needed her to drop in. Sharleen was understanding and quick to respond to messages. I appreciate Sharleen’s patience and willingness to adapt to last minute changes. And as always she’s very attentive and our fur babies trust her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
