From horses and goats on grandma’s farm to parakeets and dogs in my own backyard. I currently have 2 furry friends, one siberian husky who loves a dramatic flare and one yorkshire terrier who, although smaller, is just as mischevious. About: After I moved to Waco in 2017, I quickly built my Rover business to over 50 canine and feline clients. I currently have one dog, a rescued pit/cattle dog mix named Shya. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, and I know how it important it is to have peace of mind when you are away from them! I look forward to helping you and your fur babies! I’m working part time at a local pet business, and would love to add some extra work and hours to my schedule for the week. I am familiar with what to look for when walking animals or letting animals outside. I also know what to look for when an animal is experiencing medical issues. About: We have been caring for pets since we were young, growing up in a rescue-focused families where we learned to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments—from Shih Tzus to Cane Corsos. Your dog will have constant companionship and supervision throughout their stay. Our weekends are completely free, so we dedicate that time to extra-long walks and play. We live in a spacious, pet-friendly home with plenty of room to roam. Our 7-year-old Weimaraner is extremely social and loves having friends over! Experienced with puppies and administering medication. We have a light summer work schedule so plenty of time for care and play. We have very free weekends. About: CPR Certified. I have worked with dogs for 15+ years. I am currently a professional canine behaviorist and trainer. I have been training for 4 years after attending Starmark Academy. I have worked in boarding/daycare facilities for 15 years. Luxury and plenty of attention is my specialty! I tried my hand at grooming but it wasn't my favorite. I do have different brushes for different coats so I am able to brush your pup. Hygiene is important! I have worked with hundreds of breeds of dogs along with special needs, seniors, and playful puppies as well. My days are nothing but dogs! I am home all the time. I wake up, let my dogs out, feed them, let them out again and then make sure they rest till their food digests. Then we have a 30-45 minute training session including play. They come inside and rest some more. I make pupsicles and let my dogs lick the spoon. We play some more. If there are no other dogs boarding with me, I love to take my dogs to the park, lake, or pet friendly store. It makes for excellent training, mental, and physical stimulation. We come home rest, eat, and the last few hours of the night they get their pupsicles and we go to bed. I have a fenced in backyard. If your dog can jump a 6 ft fence, I also have a 30ft and a 50ft long line to keep them on during outside time. This way they can still run around. I have 2 dogs myself and if your pup gets along with them they can play with 100% supervision from me, a certified professional trainer and behaviorist. If your dog isn't dog friendly, no problem! I do rotations with the dogs and if needed, will be walked through my house with a leash. Even if they are friendly, your dog still gets one on one time with me and time to take a break from my dogs. Your dog will always have a safe space, this is why I do require them to be kenneled in my house when I am gone or it's bedtime. It's their "bedroom," their space to decompress, and safety always comes first. For my senior dogs or dogs going through medical treatment, I do have a larger pen they can stay in if I have to leave the house to get groceries or do a private training session. I feed all dogs separately in their safe space and none of the dogs are allowed in each other's space. If you have two dogs, I do require them to be kenneled separately. They can be side by side but they must have their own kennel/crate.
