I have classes Monday–Friday, but my schedule varies throughout the week. Mondays I’m in class from 9 AM–5 PM, Tuesdays from 11 AM–12:30 PM, Wednesdays until 8 PM, Thursdays until 5 PM, and Fridays until 3 PM. I’m completely free on weekends and am also happy to work with the gaps between my classes during the week. I’m flexible and would love to find a schedule that works best for you and your pets! Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I will make sure they are supervised, secure, and comfortable at all times. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including their walking routes, feeding schedule, medications, and any specific rules you have for your home or pets. About: I have grown up with 3 different dogs of very different personalities. Learning how to train them, care for them, and groom them was a large responsibility of mine. When I was around 9, I started caring for neighborhood pets. For several families I have continuously been an overnight caregiver, and for many additional families I have been a regular dog walker. These jobs have given me all kinds of experience with many different kinds of animals. Whether it’s a 150lb of pure muscle machine or an anxious ankle-biter, I strive to love them in the best way possible! My schedule is very flexible and this service brings me so much joy- no matter the time or place! I am passionate about every kind of animal— big or small, rowdy or tame, scaly or fluffy— I want to make sure that they are in the best hands! For this summer, I am only working free-lance/part-time jobs! In the summer and winter I am in Castle Rock, CO, and then during the school year I am in Waco, Texas. For care in a clients home, I will check in as frequently as possible and as often as the client requests. I will spend intentional time being present with the animals and be careful and aware of every need. In my home, the pets will have a gated backyard to play in, a thousand toys, and a kennel available if the clients desire. We have one dog at home who is incredibly friendly, but can also be separated or in a different area if needed.

About: I have cared for animals my whole life in a variety of settings. I grew up with small, medium, and large dogs and experienced dogs at every stage of life. Since recently moving to Waco for graduate school, I have volunteered 20+ hours at the pet shelter, Pet Circle, working with shelter dogs and even fostering one dog in the short-term. I truly care about all animals and want to help them find and maintain loving and safe homes. From newborn puppies to seniors, large active dogs to small lap dogs, rescuing strays to dog sitting, working with shelter dogs to a mascot, caring for my own dogs to fostering, I have cared for dogs in nearly every setting possible. For the previous four years, I have house-sat for cat and dog households in houses and apartments. I tailor my care to each individual dog, including 30+ minute walks or runs for active dogs, tending to seniors who need oral medications and gentle care, and channeling puppy energy productively. For boarding, I currently share a house with a backyard with one roommate who is a young professional. We have no pets of our own, providing a perfect for dogs who are shy around other pets or children, or those who simply want to be the center of my attention! Caring for pets has always been a part of my life. I'd love the opportunity to lovingly care for your pets! As a current graduate student with a part-time job, I must leave my apartment for 2-5 hours at least once per week day. However, the flexibility of my schedule ensures that I can provide walks/potty breaks in the morning, afternoon, and evening each day. On weekends, I have more time to spend with your pet! I share a small house in a quiet neighborhood with one roommate who is a young professional. We have no personal pets, providing a safe, indoor environment where your dog or cat can be the center of my attention and have their own space. My house has a small backyard for easy potty breaks and for off-leash play time. My house is near a large cemetery, perfect for long quiet walks in the morning and evening. When boarding or housesitting, I ensure dogs receive frequent potty breaks/walks (at least once every 2-5 hours), physical affection, and human playtime, depending on each pet's unique needs. My care can change to fit your pet's regular schedule, activity, and diet. For boarding, I require kennel-trained dogs when I am away from home, and I can provide a large kennel. Likewise, I require the owner to drop off sufficient dog food for the duration of the stay with their pet. Other toys, bowls, beds, and leashes are welcome, but not required.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life. From neighbors dogs to complete new dogs i have found a connection with them and have had so much joy taking care of them. I am a part time employee at In-n-Out. I usually never work long shifts so in the days i’ll go to the beach for long walks or just find ways to enjoy the sun and the outside. I have a fenced front and back yard with grass in the front as well as a white lab to keep your babies entertained and happy. I have an energetic and friendly personality no matter the house i’m in.

About: I’ve been around animals ever since I was young. Back home it was a daily occurrence to wake up early and feed all the animals. From cows to chickens and cats to dogs, I have been around all of them. I throughly enjoy being around animals and currently missing my Australian Shepard back home. I’m currently attending college right now, so I have massive blocks in my schedule and even times for overnight care. Most of my homework does not require me to be on campus so it is easy to house sit when necessary. I can even check on animals during breaks between classes. At my current house, I have a massive backyard and located within a quarter mile of Thomas Park. The backyard has lots of shade and will always have plenty of water. When my dog comes up, he loves the backyard and walking around the park.

About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter who is new to Rover but not new to caring for dogs. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. I also have experience administering medications and am comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, and care routines. My husband and I live on a farm with our 4-year-old female Standard Poodle, Maggie. She is friendly, well trained, and enjoys having other dogs around. Although our yard is not fenced, all dogs are closely supervised outdoors and taken on multiple leashed walks each day. Our property offers plenty of space for safe walks, exploring, and sniffing. I recently completed my PhD at Baylor University and bring responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability to everything I do. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I will treat your dog like part of our family while keeping you updated throughout their stay. I have cared for pets for friends, family, and others since high school, with more regular pet-sitting experience in recent years. Please note that dogs staying in our home must be comfortable using stairs. I work from home most days, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available throughout the day for regular potty breaks, companionship, feeding, medication, and plenty of attention. I already follow a consistent routine with my Standard Poodle, Maggie, including multiple leashed walks each day. Because we live on a farm, visiting dogs also have plenty of opportunities to walk, explore, and sniff while remaining safely supervised. I live in a cozy studio apartment above the garage on our farm, so the indoor space is modest, but dogs have plenty of opportunities for supervised outdoor time, walks, and exploring around the property. I follow each pet’s usual feeding, walking, medication, and sleep routine as closely as possible. I also provide regular photos and updates so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: Hi! My name is Anna K. and I have taken care of many dogs since I was a teenager. I am currently 21 and a senior at Baylor. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I would love to love your dogs as they are my own! I currently have a dog who is 6 at home and he is my life. I have also volunteered at the humane society to take care of dogs in the shelter as well as normal dog sitting in highschool. I'm available most mornings from 10:30 AM-12:30PM- I will also be available after 5PM. I'm also free most of the day Friday through Sunday, which works well for longer visits. I'm more than happy to visit and play with your dog or cat, take them on a walk as long as they need, and feed them on a regular schedule if that's helpful. Their safety and happiness are always my top priority. I care for pets in the client's own home, so they stay comfortable in a familiar environment. That includes hanging out with them, taking them on walks, trips to the dog park, and other fun activities to keep them active and happy while you're away.

About: Pets have always been apart of my family, growing up with two dogs and 8 cats (indoor/outdoor) I simply could not imagine a life without them! I have confident knowledge in caring for senior pets (administering medicine, joint massages, mobility support) along with fresh faces in the world (potty training, teething, crate training, etc.). My best approach has always been patience and love. Not every pet knows what to do when their person leaves and that is OKAY! I am here to make sure they are comfortable and cared for, just as they are if you were home. I am currently a full-time doctorate student online so I spend 100% of my day at home. I am available to stay with your pups completely during the day giving them lots of attention and time outside, I’m sure we both will enjoy it!! I will likely spend nights (if applicable) in my home but can definitely be flexible to what suits your needs best. I have a dog park and dog wash station at my apartment and lots of outdoor space for them to roam. I like to make sure they are getting the care they need whether that be outside playing or inside getting cuddles, I’m here for it all!
