About: I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter who is new to Rover but not new to caring for dogs. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. My husband and I live on a farm with our 4-year-old female Standard Poodle, Maggie. She is friendly, well trained, and enjoys having other dogs around. Although our yard is not fenced, all dogs are closely supervised outdoors and taken on multiple leashed walks each day. Our property offers plenty of space for safe walks, exploring, and sniffing. I recently completed my PhD at Baylor University and bring responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability to everything I do. I have cared for pets for friends, family, and others since high school, with more regular pet-sitting experience in recent years. Please note that dogs staying in our home must be comfortable using stairs. I work from home most days, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I already follow a consistent routine with my Standard Poodle, Maggie, including multiple leashed walks each day. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs throughout my life of all ages. I’ve had a few dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were puppies. I’ve had neighbors ask me to pet sit for them. I can bathe, feed, walk, and play with your animals! I am in Waco Texas and am available any weekend to look after your pets! I am only not available Sunday mornings because I’ll be at church! About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life. From neighbors dogs to complete new dogs i have found a connection with them and have had so much joy taking care of them. About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets when leaving home. I have also had many different types of pets in my life time including chameleons, ferrets, and raccoons. I have trained many puppies and taken care of a few senior dogs. I currently have a 9lb dachshund named Winnie. I am a graduated nursing student who is leaving Corpus Christi on May 30th, but would love to make some friends in the meantime. When sitting, I will commit all of my time into your pet and will move any part of my schedule around them. I will gladly take them for walks in the park ans many times as they want and around my house, I don’t mind bathing or grooming if needed, and I have also trained many dogs in my lifetime. If this is not what you are looking for, I would also love to just lay around and hang out with them.

When I was around 9, I started caring for neighborhood pets. For several families I have continuously been an overnight caregiver, and for many additional families I have been a regular dog walker. Whether it’s a 150lb of pure muscle machine or an anxious ankle-biter, I strive to love them in the best way possible! My schedule is very flexible and this service brings me so much joy- no matter the time or place! For this summer, I am only working free-lance/part-time jobs! In the summer and winter I am in Castle Rock, CO, and then during the school year I am in Waco, Texas. For care in a clients home, I will check in as frequently as possible and as often as the client requests. I will spend intentional time being present with the animals and be careful and aware of every need. In my home, the pets will have a gated backyard to play in, a thousand toys, and a kennel available if the clients desire. We have one dog at home who is incredibly friendly, but can also be separated or in a different area if needed.

About: I have cared for pets and people for many years. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits & chickens, and I dream of someday having my own homestead. I have years of experience as a care taker for children & the elderly, but if I'm being honest I much prefer the company of pets over people! I've fostered feral cats and rescued runaway dogs. There is something so pure about the love of an animal. I have a daughter (3 years old now) who loves animals so much and gets so excited every time she gets to meet a doggie or kitty, so she truly loves coming along with me for these jobs! My schedule is very flexible at this time: I'm available for daytime visits and overnight care to spend time with and love on your fur-babies! 😻 I have a great deal of respect when visiting others homes. I always take special care to leave it cleaner than I found it and tidy up any messes as needed. A clean home is a happy home! Bedding in the crate needs to be laundered or litter box needs to be cleaned out? No problem! I can also water plants, take in the mail, put trash cans out, pickup packages from the porch, load the dishwasher or whatever may be needed! I want to be of service to you and your pet as much as I can during my time in your home. References available upon request.
