About: Long time dog lovers adopted by a pregnant stray cat shortly before our precious senior Brittanys passed. Our pet love has grown! 💜 I do miss the dog walks and silliness, and would be happy to share that again. I have a flexible schedule, and while our cats are mostly pretty chill, we have a separate space they can go if things feel tricky. At present I am a stay at home mom to one elementary aged child so my hours are flexible throughout the week. My husband frequently works from home and we are a pretty low key family of introverts. About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

I currently have a 9lb dachshund named Winnie. I am a graduated nursing student who is leaving Corpus Christi on May 30th, but would love to make some friends in the meantime. When sitting, I will commit all of my time into your pet and will move any part of my schedule around them. I will gladly take them for walks in the park ans many times as they want and around my house, I don’t mind bathing or grooming if needed, and I have also trained many dogs in my lifetime. If this is not what you are looking for, I would also love to just lay around and hang out with them.
About: Growing up surrounded by animals, I was destined to pursue a career as a veterinary technician. Twenty years later, I've built a rich and varied experience, dividing my time between day and emergency practices. The day practices have given me a solid foundation in routine medical procedures, from drawing blood to conducting routine check-ups. In contrast, the emergency practices have taught me to think on my feet, remaining calm and focused in the face of urgency and uncertainty. Throughout my career, I've developed a special affinity for post-operative care, taking pride in helping animals recover from surgery and return to full health. I've also learned to recognize and address anxiety in animals, using a gentle and compassionate approach to alleviate their stress. Meanwhile, I've honed my technical skills, mastering the art of medication administration and injections with precision and care. Pursuing a PhD degree offers me the privilege of a highly flexible schedule. Unlike a traditional 9-to-5 job, my daily routine is not bound by specific hours. I can choose to work at times that suit me (and your fur babies) best. With a sprawling, fenced-in yard as their playground, my two energetic dogs are never short on adventure. About: I am a former full time Vet Tech. I graduated from tech school in May of 2020. I have personal and professional experience for over 4 years. I love animals and will treat your fur babies just like my own! I have experience caring for puppies/kittens as well as senior pets. I currently not working full time so my schedule is pretty open and flexible. Please contact me and I’m sure we can make it work if necessary! I have 3 dogs and 1 cat at my home who love to play and have fun! I also have a large fenced yard and a great neighborhood for long walks!

About: I have dog sat my whole life or lived with dogs. I love animals, especially dogs and I want to spend more time with some! I love taking my friend’s dogs on walks or just playing with them! I am willing to walk, play, bathe, feed, and cuddle your dog! I am free in the morning and evenings. Free most weekends! I work 8-5 but flexible to leave during the day if needed! I don’t mind staying with your dogs. In a clients home I don’t mind driving or picking the pets up! I am willing to stay at your home or just check in/ feed/ walk when needed.
About: CPR Certified. I have worked with dogs for 15+ years. I am currently a professional canine behaviorist and trainer. I have been training for 4 years after attending Starmark Academy. I have worked in boarding/daycare facilities for 15 years. Luxury and plenty of attention is my specialty! I tried my hand at grooming but it wasn't my favorite. I do have different brushes for different coats so I am able to brush your pup. Hygiene is important! I have worked with hundreds of breeds of dogs along with special needs, seniors, and playful puppies as well. My days are nothing but dogs! I am home all the time. I wake up, let my dogs out, feed them, let them out again and then make sure they rest till their food digests. Then we have a 30-45 minute training session including play. They come inside and rest some more. I make pupsicles and let my dogs lick the spoon. We play some more. If there are no other dogs boarding with me, I love to take my dogs to the park, lake, or pet friendly store. It makes for excellent training, mental, and physical stimulation. We come home rest, eat, and the last few hours of the night they get their pupsicles and we go to bed. I have a fenced in backyard. If your dog can jump a 6 ft fence, I also have a 30ft and a 50ft long line to keep them on during outside time. This way they can still run around. I have 2 dogs myself and if your pup gets along with them they can play with 100% supervision from me, a certified professional trainer and behaviorist. If your dog isn't dog friendly, no problem! I do rotations with the dogs and if needed, will be walked through my house with a leash. Even if they are friendly, your dog still gets one on one time with me and time to take a break from my dogs. Your dog will always have a safe space, this is why I do require them to be kenneled in my house when I am gone or it's bedtime. It's their "bedroom," their space to decompress, and safety always comes first. For my senior dogs or dogs going through medical treatment, I do have a larger pen they can stay in if I have to leave the house to get groceries or do a private training session. I feed all dogs separately in their safe space and none of the dogs are allowed in each other's space. If you have two dogs, I do require them to be kenneled separately. They can be side by side but they must have their own kennel/crate.
