About: I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter who is new to Rover but not new to caring for dogs. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. I also have experience administering medications and am comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, and care routines. My husband and I live on a farm with our 4-year-old female Standard Poodle, Maggie. She is friendly, well trained, and enjoys having other dogs around. Although our yard is not fenced, all dogs are closely supervised outdoors and taken on multiple leashed walks each day. Our property offers plenty of space for safe walks, exploring, and sniffing. I recently completed my PhD at Baylor University and bring responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability to everything I do. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I will treat your dog like part of our family while keeping you updated throughout their stay. I have cared for pets for friends, family, and others since high school, with more regular pet-sitting experience in recent years. Please note that dogs staying in our home must be comfortable using stairs. I work from home most days, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available throughout the day for regular potty breaks, companionship, feeding, medication, and plenty of attention. I already follow a consistent routine with my Standard Poodle, Maggie, including multiple leashed walks each day. Because we live on a farm, visiting dogs also have plenty of opportunities to walk, explore, and sniff while remaining safely supervised. I live in a cozy studio apartment above the garage on our farm, so the indoor space is modest, but dogs have plenty of opportunities for supervised outdoor time, walks, and exploring around the property. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs throughout my life of all ages. I’ve had a few dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were puppies. I’ve had neighbors ask me to pet sit for them. I can bathe, feed, walk, and play with your animals! I am in Waco Texas and am available any weekend to look after your pets! I am only not available Sunday mornings because I’ll be at church! I can do most anything you ask of me. I will also do the basics: walking, feeding, keeping an eye on their health, entertaining, etc.

About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I’ve grown up with a small dog for 12 years and taken care of family and friend’s dog. I can walk, bathe, feed, relax, and play with them! I work from home so my schedule is fairly flexible. I can make myself free after work to take care of your fur babies as well! I have a large fenced backyard and live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. My regular unavailability is Wednesday evenings and Sundays. Any additional scheduling conflicts will be communicated in advance. About: I have had multiple pets such as dogs, cats, and even chickens over the span of my life so far and have gained excellent knowledge and experience. I am fully capable of caring for animals and making sure they are fed, walked, and comfortable while their family is away. I have a very flexible schedule and am able to prioritize things that need to be completed. I am a recent college grad trying to keep myself busy until I get married in November. I am responsible and leave you thinking about weither your pets are being cared for or not! Although taking care of animals in my own home is not greatest fit, I am able to drive and take care of animals in the clients home. I will follow the clients instructions on how to best take care of their fur babies while they are away. I will feed them, play with them, and make sure they are as comfortable as possible.

About: I have cared for pets and people for many years. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits & chickens, and I dream of someday having my own homestead. I have years of experience as a care taker for children & the elderly, but if I'm being honest I much prefer the company of pets over people! I've fostered feral cats and rescued runaway dogs. There is something so pure about the love of an animal. I have a daughter (3 years old now) who loves animals so much and gets so excited every time she gets to meet a doggie or kitty, so she truly loves coming along with me for these jobs! My schedule is very flexible at this time: I'm available for daytime visits and overnight care to spend time with and love on your fur-babies! 😻 I have a great deal of respect when visiting others homes. I always take special care to leave it cleaner than I found it and tidy up any messes as needed. A clean home is a happy home! Bedding in the crate needs to be laundered or litter box needs to be cleaned out? No problem! I can also water plants, take in the mail, put trash cans out, pickup packages from the porch, load the dishwasher or whatever may be needed!
