About: I've grown up with at least one cat in the house and have even adopted my own. The cat I grew up with had a mildly spicy personality but I was able to handle him, treat him well, and build a good relationship with him. My own cat, who is now 10 years old, is a cuddler and loves attention. For boarding, I require kennel-trained dogs when I am away from home, and I can provide a kennel for a small to medium-sized dog. Likewise, I require the owner to drop off sufficient dog food for the duration of the stay with their pet. Other toys, bowls, beds and leashes are welcome, but not required.

About: I consider myself a "mother of nature," because no matter what what kind of animal it is I am a natural at nurturing everything from fur-babies to feathered friends. I grew up with dogs, and I've always helped my disabled mom with her 4, now senior, dogs (two pitties, a rat terrier, and a chiweenie.) About: I have parented and fostered dogs for 15 years -- they bring me so much joy! I love working with Rover because I want to help families who are in search of great care for their furry family member while they are busy or away. I absolutely adore dogs and how much they are messengers of love and healing to humans in ways that people just can’t. I believe in being service to people and to animals in order to make a difference. In addition to being a foster mom for shelter dogs when time allows, I’m work as an elementary school teacher. I have been a mommy to a Beagle, Springer Spaniel and now a Boxer, Duffy, and 4-pound Chihuahua, Gizmo, who was a foster fail. Sadly, they have all passed the rainbow bridge. I have fostered and sat for many different breeds, large and small. I have worked for a professional dog walker and sitter in the past year prior to me going back to teaching full time and have experience with opening houses to retrieve dogs for walks as well as overnight sits at a client’s home. I also have experience caring for cats as well. In my spare time, I also like to get together with friends for game time, scuba dive and run. While I live in Woodway, TX I can only take overnight sits or drop in visits, at this time. Depending on the need of the animal, I am also open to keeping an animal while i am at work, which is now about usually 9 hours a day. I have an outside kennel available for the backyard in that case if you would like or cats (out of kennel), birds, gerbils, etc..would be inside the house. I follow directions exactly as the client requests. I make sure that your home and pets are secure and cared for at all times, either in my home or yours. I will send you pictures as frequently as you like (usually once a day) and you are free to check in with me while you are away. I will contact you immediately if there are any issues or concerns while your furry family members are in my care!

About: I’ve taken been responsible for taking care of my own dogs since I was 8 and have experience caring for dogs of every age. Right now I have a fur baby who is 3 years old. He was my first foster dog, and first "foster fail"! He is very spoiled and rightfully so, as he is my best friend. Currently, I have the most availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I try to update my calendar with open slots as often as I can! At this time, I am not offering boarding or doggy daycare, but I am free for walking and drop-ins. I love going on long walks and would love to bring your pup with me!
About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: CPR Certified. I have worked with dogs for 15+ years. I am currently a professional canine behaviorist and trainer. I have been training for 4 years after attending Starmark Academy. I have worked in boarding/daycare facilities for 15 years. Luxury and plenty of attention is my specialty! I tried my hand at grooming but it wasn't my favorite. I do have different brushes for different coats so I am able to brush your pup. Hygiene is important! I have worked with hundreds of breeds of dogs along with special needs, seniors, and playful puppies as well. My days are nothing but dogs! I am home all the time. I wake up, let my dogs out, feed them, let them out again and then make sure they rest till their food digests. Then we have a 30-45 minute training session including play. They come inside and rest some more. I make pupsicles and let my dogs lick the spoon. We play some more. If there are no other dogs boarding with me, I love to take my dogs to the park, lake, or pet friendly store. It makes for excellent training, mental, and physical stimulation. We come home rest, eat, and the last few hours of the night they get their pupsicles and we go to bed. I have a fenced in backyard. If your dog can jump a 6 ft fence, I also have a 30ft and a 50ft long line to keep them on during outside time. This way they can still run around. I have 2 dogs myself and if your pup gets along with them they can play with 100% supervision from me, a certified professional trainer and behaviorist. If your dog isn't dog friendly, no problem! I do rotations with the dogs and if needed, will be walked through my house with a leash. Even if they are friendly, your dog still gets one on one time with me and time to take a break from my dogs. Your dog will always have a safe space, this is why I do require them to be kenneled in my house when I am gone or it's bedtime. It's their "bedroom," their space to decompress, and safety always comes first. For my senior dogs or dogs going through medical treatment, I do have a larger pen they can stay in if I have to leave the house to get groceries or do a private training session. I feed all dogs separately in their safe space and none of the dogs are allowed in each other's space. If you have two dogs, I do require them to be kenneled separately. They can be side by side but they must have their own kennel/crate.
