About: I have cared for animals my whole life in a variety of settings. I grew up with small, medium, and large dogs and experienced dogs at every stage of life. Since recently moving to Waco for graduate school, I have volunteered 20+ hours at the pet shelter, Pet Circle, working with shelter dogs and even fostering one dog in the short-term. I truly care about all animals and want to help them find and maintain loving and safe homes. From newborn puppies to seniors, large active dogs to small lap dogs, rescuing strays to dog sitting, working with shelter dogs to a mascot, caring for my own dogs to fostering, I have cared for dogs in nearly every setting possible. For the previous four years, I have house-sat for cat and dog households in houses and apartments. I tailor my care to each individual dog, including 30+ minute walks or runs for active dogs, tending to seniors who need oral medications and gentle care, and channeling puppy energy productively. For boarding, I currently share a house with a backyard with one roommate who is a young professional. We have no pets of our own, providing a perfect for dogs who are shy around other pets or children, or those who simply want to be the center of my attention! Caring for pets has always been a part of my life. I'd love the opportunity to lovingly care for your pets! As a current graduate student with a part-time job, I must leave my apartment for 2-5 hours at least once per week day. However, the flexibility of my schedule ensures that I can provide walks/potty breaks in the morning, afternoon, and evening each day. On weekends, I have more time to spend with your pet! I share a small house in a quiet neighborhood with one roommate who is a young professional. We have no personal pets, providing a safe, indoor environment where your dog or cat can be the center of my attention and have their own space. My house has a small backyard for easy potty breaks and for off-leash play time. My house is near a large cemetery, perfect for long quiet walks in the morning and evening. When boarding or housesitting, I ensure dogs receive frequent potty breaks/walks (at least once every 2-5 hours), physical affection, and human playtime, depending on each pet's unique needs. My care can change to fit your pet's regular schedule, activity, and diet. For boarding, I require kennel-trained dogs when I am away from home, and I can provide a large kennel. Likewise, I require the owner to drop off sufficient dog food for the duration of the stay with their pet. Other toys, bowls, beds, and leashes are welcome, but not required.

About: I have been pet sitting for 5 years for my extended family and friends back at home. I volunteered at a local animal shelter for 4 years of high school, so I have experience with all kinds of pets. I grew up with a lot of animals, so I am well equipped for any job! I am a sophomore at Baylor, so I will have class in the morning. I have class from 9am-12pm on Monday through Friday, but I am available outside of those times. I will be intentional about creating a safe and loving environment for your pets. I have pets at home, and I will love your pets as my own!

Being a highly active individual previous clients can attest to the healthy positive environment I create for their pups. I also have experience with more challenging dogs like those who are rescued and have a knack for dogs feeling comfortable around me. Well my profile might look a little blank I have done house and pet sitting for years through Word of Mouth. I recently moved from out of state and created a Rover profile to gain more clients, as I am new to the state of Texas. I work early in the morning and I am off at 2, i have a couple days off during the week. So mid afternoon or evening walks/check ins with about 2 mornings a week is realistic for me I will make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay. I will follow the owner's instructions and keep their home clean and secure. I will also take the pets for walks as needed and give them plenty of attention and companionship. I will be respectful of their home and make sure both the pets and the property are treated with care.
