About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and genuinely enjoy caring for pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a Ragamuffin cat named Jimmy and an energetic German Shepherd named Cleo, so I’m comfortable caring for everything from laid-back cats to large, high-energy dogs. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets and your home. I’ll follow your care instructions closely, keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide regular photo and video updates so you know how they’re doing. My schedule is very flexible, and I’m available most days of the week. I can often accommodate different times and schedules, including recurring visits and last-minute requests when my availability allows. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. About: I've taken care of dogs (and other animals) since I was a 12, but they were mostly my own. While in my last years of college I started watching friend & family dogs as a part time gig and it has become fairly consistent ever since. I love all animals and I've had the joy to watch many different kinds over the years...even some farm animals! Some might call me nuts, but I have watched a total of 8 dogs at one time. I'm always up for a little bit of chaos when it comes to pet sitting and I really enjoy giving owners the peace of mind that their babies are in good care. I just started a hybrid job, my work schedule is very flexible. For younger dogs I'm able to be at home more should their typical schedule require it. I only offer in home pet sitting. Over the years I've learned that it works much better for the pets to be in their usual environment. I like to come into the home and adapt to their life so its as stress free as possible. By doing so this also gives me the opportunity to "house sit" and keep an eye on the place as well. If needed I will collect the mail/newspaper/packages, water the plants, assist with any maintenance appts etc. Before going to a new home, I insist on coming by for a meet and greet to meet the dog/s and get a lay of the land to make sure both parties are comfortable.
