Probably over 50 flights...most states...several countries. We have never been able to leave her alone! We had a quick business trip come up that we couldn't take her on and got in touch with Maddie! We could not be happier! Maddie is just a gem and a sweetheart. She was patient with our fickle and nervous "princess" who couldn't figure out where we went. She went far and above what I would have expected. She kept us posted several times a day with visit and updates and lots of photos. About: I genuinely enjoy caring for and spending time with animals, and believe it is extremely important that all animals are treated with the upmost care! I would love to be responsible for taking care of any animal! I am currently a full time student at Baylor University, so I do have some obligations for classes and school work during the day. However, my Thursday evenings, Fridays, and weekends are very open. Care for each pet can vary at times, but care first starts with understanding the personality of the animal that you are caring for. Aside from keeping them well fed, hydrated, exercised, and safe, there is an important emotional side to the care as well.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats all my life. Friends and family have asked me to assist with their fur babies, including walking, bathing, feeding and playing. I also help train dogs: sit, stay, gentle, leave it, and dealing with an open door. I am available during lunch, evenings and weekends. I do work a full-time job, so early mornings and late nights are tough, but we can discuss. I love to walk, train and play with animals. I have extra leashes, poop bags, balls and chew toys. I generally take your pets to the bathroom first. Then treats and some training, followed by love.

“Jamie did a fantastic job with my senior cat Apollo. He is old and has hyperthyroidism so he needs medication given to him twice a day. She was able to give that to him, along with follow all my other instructions. When I got home, everything was just how I had left it. This was my first time ever leaving my cat with someone and so I was nervous. Jamie immediately eased my nerves when I saw how happy Apollo was. She communicated very well while I was on my trip and sent photos and videos every time she came. If you are looking for someone to come watch your pet, Jamie is a great choice! About: I worked full time for the City of Waco Animal Services for eight years and have my Vet Asst. degree. I have 20+ years of experience with animals and will treat your fur babies like my own. I currently have 5 dogs of my own, all from the local Shelter! I encourage enrichment and basic training. I can seek a behavior issue within an animal and help correct it. I encourage all pet owners to have their pets microchipped and current on rabies vaccination. I like to know which Vet the owners prefer prior to sitting any animal just in case of an emergency. Animals are a passion of mine and I like to help owners when in need! It would be my pleasure to care for your pets! I currently work FT (M-F, roughly 8-5). When I come home I like to spend my time with my dogs. I enjoy taking care of others’ pets as well! I, personally, feed my dogs twice a day. They still act like they’ve never been fed even though they are extremely healthy and even get snacks. I get up at 3am with my dogs daily since they insist on going potty at that time. I would care for your dogs as I care for mine. They are part of the family.
