“Jacqueline and Todd are wonderful pet sitters. Not only are they warm, communicative and attentive, their dogs are also equally as great! I have a senior dog who fit right in and was in excellent hands while staying there. I’ve already re-booked.”

“Dustin took great care of my dog, Vino. He communicated promptly and kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout the stay, which gave me peace of mind. This was Vino’s first boarding experience, and it went wonderfully. I will definitely continue using Dustin’s services and highly recommend him.”

“Jamelah was patient with us and our Belgium Sheppard. This was our first time using Rover with this pet. By the time we returned, she had our guard dog playing with her pet. We were thrilled. I appreciate her flexibility with each pet. She didnt require a crate, and allowed our dog to sleep on a rug by the bed. Exactly like she sleeps at home. We received pics and she responded right away to needy dog parents :). We will aways use Jamelah if she is available.”

“Picking Jessica to look after my Labrador, Gauge, during spring break was such a smart move! Her smooth coordination for drop-offs and pick-ups was a game-changer, especially with my all-over-the-place flight timings. What really blew me away was how she took charge and sorted out a billing hiccup with Rover on my behalf - talk about going the extra mile! You can tell Jessica genuinely cares and is all about giving top-notch care. Her place in Golinda is a paradise for pets, living up to her promise of a warm and attentive setting. She's got a knack for animal care and grooming, making sure every little need is met. Just like everyone else who's tried her service, I'm a big fan of Jessica's pet sitting and can't wait to have her watch over Gauge again next time I'm away from Baylor. Her dedication to treating every pet as her own isn't just talk - it's the real deal, giving pet parents like me total peace of mind when entrusting our furry friends to her care.”

“My Toby feels right at home with Sarah and family. She was so helpful when Toby was needing medication during his recent stay and made sure he took everything. Happy pupper and happy fur mom!!”

“Celeste took amazing care of our pets, Nero and Moose, while we were out of town. This was our first experience traveling and leaving our pets in someone else's care, so naturally we were a little nervous. Celeste immediately put us at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Our travel schedule ended up being somewhat uncertain, and she was incredibly flexible and understanding throughout the entire process. She was so easygoing and accommodating, which made a stressful situation much easier for us. Knowing our pets were in good hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Nero and Moose were both well cared for, and it was clear that Celeste treated them with the same attention and affection she would if they were her own pets. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we visit Waco again, we will absolutely be booking with Celeste, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and high-quality pet care!”

“We were very happy with Lucy’s stay with Jeanette. She sent us lots of pictures and updates during our trip. We have boarded Lucy before at a place with lots of other dogs. Lucy came home much more relaxed and happy after staying with Jeanette. We definitely would board Lucy with Jeanette in the future.”

“Lacey is great at communicating w owners about pets and the stay. My dogs had a great time, and loved the pictures Lacey sent me while I was away. Will always book w Lacey !”

“Definitely recommend Whitney! She took good care of my dog, Romo, and even went beyond by spoiling him. Making him feel like he's at home. Romo definitely enjoyed his stay there.”

“Second time booking with Erin, and she is terrific! Great communicator and provided peace of mind while I was away. Thank you so much, Erin!! We are so lucky to have found you! 5 stars!!!”

“Britney watched my 2 schnauzer puppies for 5 days. She offered a meet and greet beforehand which was a kind gesture. My puppies were not yet completely potty trained so I knew they would be a handful. I was a little nervous but she reassured me that they would be fine. She communicated with me daily. Ioriginally booked a late pickup but Our flight was late so I wasn't able to pick that evening. Britney kindly agreed to pick up the next morning. I won't hesitate to use her again.”

About: Hello! My name is Yazmin and I’ve loved all 4-legged creatures since I could walk on my own two. Ever since I was little I have been surrounded by animals. From horses and goats on grandma’s farm to parakeets and dogs in my own backyard. I currently have 2 furry friends, one siberian husky who loves a dramatic flare and one yorkshire terrier who, although smaller, is just as mischevious. These pooches are family so I can only make sure that they are well taken care of when I’m gone, which is what all fur parents want, expect and deserve. I hope to provide that same love and care for your own furry friends. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes but am currently limited to only caring for dogs that are 20 lbs max. I have experience with puppies as well so no pup left behind! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you and I hope you and your pooches have a paw-some day! 🐾 Although I work full time, I dedicate as much time as I can to my own pups and you can expect for me to do the same with yours. However, I am available full time for boarding most holidays and summers so your furry friends can be taken care of no matter the event. I live in a large home with lots of yard space to walk your pup! I have two dogs, one outdoor who has his own fenced in area and one indoor who has just as much love as I to give. If need be, I can accommodate the indoor space so that your pooch may remain separate from my indoor dog. Your dog deserves to feel welcome, safe and protected so please feel free to express any concerns you may have. Crate and bed must be provided but fear not, more than enough space is available to accommodate your pup!
About: I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. It is our responsibility as humans to take the best care of them. Every dog is special and deserves to be attended to appropriately. I am a Waco local and student at MCC studying to become a teacher. I’m currently working part time most weekdays until 6 pm. I can take appointments starting at 6:30 which is perfect during this Texas heat. I wouldn’t mind doing later walks when the weather is cooler. I will always make sure your pet is healthy and happy! My goal is to take extraordinary care of your pet and make sure it has everything it needs
“Dena is such a great dog sitter! Her genuine care for the well-being of our anxious dog was clear. When we picked up our dog, she was happy, smiling and looking at Dena as if she has known her forever. Thank you again!”

My girl had the time of her life this past weekend! I loved having peace of mind being away but knowing that she was being loved and cared for the whole time. I would recommend Dustin every time, 10/10!! Also the picture/video updates are priceless in my opinion, and I received lots of them!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
