About: I had a dog for 15 years who I took for walks, well-trained, and cared for. Our home has a large backyard with a maintained lawn where your pet can play and enjoy some quiet time. We live near a park which is walking distance where your pet can meet and play with other dogs. We do not have cats. I am a retired schoolteacher, occasionally do volunteer work in the Sacramento community, enjoy traveling, and stay active. I can spend one on one time with your pet. Our home is single story with a large fenced backyard and a raised bed where we grow our own vegetables. A public park is walking distance from our home where your pet can play and meet other dogs. We don't have cats and our neighborhood is relatively quiet. We also have a radio flyer wagon which can be used for older dogs.

About: I am 19 years old doing this so I can make some extra money on the side and currently take care of my older brother, who has autism, which has taught me how to remain composed, aware, and reliable in all situations. Those skills are easily applied to pet care, particularly with nervous, timid, or sensitive animals. For example, my own dog has depression anxiety which I make sure to tend to quickly! I can easily fit time with your lovely pets into my daily schedule. I'm free any time after 11AM because I get my brother on the bus at around nine in the morning. Since I'm still learning how to drive, I typically take the bus, train, or Uber to get around. The only thing I know is that I might have to wait until about 5 PM for my mom to return if she works overtime on a Friday, but that rarely ever happens. There is a chance that my schedule can improve so make sure to keep an eye out! I treat every pet under my care as if they were a member of my own family. Making them feel secure, understood, and loved is always my top priority. By feeding them on time, taking them for walks or play, and making sure they receive lots of attention and are comfortable, I try to keep things as simple as possible. I make sure they have everything they require, keep their area neat, and regularly change their water. To reassure the owner that their pet is happy, safe and in good care, I also provide updates and pictures

About: It has been said to me that my first words as a child were ... barking! While I don't remember that, I do remember always having a connection with all furry companions. I grew up with dogs and cats and on occasion would visit my great grandparents' ranch, with horses, goats and more. I loved giving the animals snacks. More recently, I moved onto a small farm. I helped take care of over a dozen chickens and 2 turkeys; feeding, watering, cleaning the coop. Most of my formal career experience has been in education. In addition to many childcare and classroom support jobs, I also taught public school for 5 years. In either environment, my natural tendency has always been to provide heartfelt nurturing and care. I am not just a sitter on Rover but have used the service myself to board my cat before. I know what it's like to leave your baby in someone else's hands. Please communicate specifically to me so that we can rest assured all needs are met for your beloved pet. I will treat your furry family member like I would want mine to be treated - patiently, attentively, carefully and lovingly and only ask that you communicate any expectations or other information, directly and thoroughly. From there, I will attend to the non-verbal but very sincere communication given by your dogs, cats or other pets - in order to provide the best care possible. (Además soy bilingüe) I currently work part-time as an in-home Instructor for developmentally disabled adults. My availability will vary, because it depends on where I am driving to/from that day for my regular clients. Sometimes, sessions get cancelled on short notice. For this reason, I prefer to fill my schedule on a day-to-day basis, or at least weekly. I'm happy to answer any questions about specifics, so there is no confusion. Naturally, I'll provide the same consideration I'd expect from someone taking care of my home or pet. I'll be detail oriented, focused, careful and respectful. If you desire pet boarding, I suggest a meet and greet at my house first, as it is a tiny home. I have an enclosed yard and lots of acres to roam, but want to be sure it's a fit.

About: I’ve been bossing the dog-sitting game since I was a kid—always had at least three pups of my own, and I’m the go-to for family and friends when they need a sitter. I also used to have a dog named brownie that was diabetic that needed insulin night and morning so I also have that experience. I currently have a job that is part time I work at a restaurant on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 430 to 9 to 9:30 unless I get called in, which is hardly rarely I am available to do house checks walk dogs and house sit but I’m only able to housesit for only three days at a time. I make sure every animal in my care is safe and comfortable by providing secure, supervised walks and a calm environment—whether at their home or out on a walk. I am very flexible with hours and days. I can take them to the dog parks or play in their backyard. I have a fenced in yard, I have Separate sides of the backyard. I have a very friendly husky/malamute that can play with your dog. She is also friendly with all cats since I have two in the household. I also have a separate place to keep them if necessary.
