About: It has been said to me that my first words as a child were ... barking! While I don't remember that, I do remember always having a connection with all furry companions. I grew up with dogs and cats and on occasion would visit my great grandparents' ranch, with horses, goats and more. I loved giving the animals snacks. More recently, I moved onto a small farm. I helped take care of over a dozen chickens and 2 turkeys; feeding, watering, cleaning the coop. Most of my formal career experience has been in education. In addition to many childcare and classroom support jobs, I also taught public school for 5 years. In either environment, my natural tendency has always been to provide heartfelt nurturing and care. I am not just a sitter on Rover but have used the service myself to board my cat before. I know what it's like to leave your baby in someone else's hands. Please communicate specifically to me so that we can rest assured all needs are met for your beloved pet. I will treat your furry family member like I would want mine to be treated - patiently, attentively, carefully and lovingly and only ask that you communicate any expectations or other information, directly and thoroughly. From there, I will attend to the non-verbal but very sincere communication given by your dogs, cats or other pets - in order to provide the best care possible. (Además soy bilingüe) I currently work part-time as an in-home Instructor for developmentally disabled adults. My availability will vary, because it depends on where I am driving to/from that day for my regular clients. Sometimes, sessions get cancelled on short notice. For this reason, I prefer to fill my schedule on a day-to-day basis, or at least weekly. I'm happy to answer any questions about specifics, so there is no confusion. Naturally, I'll provide the same consideration I'd expect from someone taking care of my home or pet. I'll be detail oriented, focused, careful and respectful. If you desire pet boarding, I suggest a meet and greet at my house first, as it is a tiny home. I have an enclosed yard and lots of acres to roam, but want to be sure it's a fit.

About: I've been doing private pet care for the past 4 years, and recently became a Rover sitter for multiple dogs and cats as well. I also enjoy dog walking, for myself and for the pups! I’m always learning about dog psychology, and I've learned to pay attention to how dogs are feeling through their body language. I understand what it's like to care for dogs who might be anxious or sensitive. I'm excited to spend time with dogs and provide them with a comfortable and enjoyable experience while they're in my care. I’m a college student with a morning class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and an afternoon class on Fridays. I can’t wait to hang out with your pup while I study! I can sit and cuddle with your pup, or play games including some enrichment activities to make your pup feel happy and content. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life - my immediate family and other relatives have dogs. I personally cared for 6 dogs within my family throughout my life (Jack Russell, Akita, maltese, chihuahuas, maltipoo). Now I just have 1 fur baby. She’s a 3 year old maltipoo, well behaved, trained and a good girl. Anyone who’s ever met her or dogsat her has said “she’s such a good dog”. At the moment, I’m just offering dog walking services. I may offer more later on. If you’d like, I can also bring my dog to walk with yours for dog socialization. My dog is an indoor house dog. She loves playing with her toys, belly rubs, cuddles, and walks. She’s fully vaccinated and up to date on them.

About: I’m a HUGE animal lover. I’ve had dogs since I was about 3 years old. I currently have 3 adorable fur babies; one is almost a year old, one will be 3 in August and the other (my oldest) turns 14 in May. I just recently graduated from San Francisco State University, so I’ve been doing Uber for the past couple of years I live on 1 acre full of grass right outside of Elk Grove in the Vineyard area near Wildhawk Golf Course so there is plenty of room for any animal to roam and play around; especially fetch and frisbee which my dogs LOVE. I directly send photos and videos to your phone via text message rather than the Rover app because I’ve found several times during stays that photos I thought I sent would show as “failed to send,” so I prefer to send messages via iMessage since it shows if the message was delivered almost instantly. That is why my profile shows only 70% of photos sent to owners even though I basically spam your phone with photos and videos of your pet throughout the day. If you prefer me to use the Rover app, please let me know and I will do just that. I also don’t mind if you want to FaceTime with your pet at any time.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 11, Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. Im available on weekdays with a flexible schedule. On weekends, I’m available all day Saturday and on Sundays before 5:30 PM. I’m reliable and do my best to be available when needed. I make sure that they are safe and has plenty of food and water, I make sure they get plenty of play time or potty brakes when needed. About: I am 19 years old doing this so I can make some extra money on the side and currently take care of my older brother, who has autism, which has taught me how to remain composed, aware, and reliable in all situations. Those skills are easily applied to pet care, particularly with nervous, timid, or sensitive animals. For example, my own dog has depression anxiety which I make sure to tend to quickly! I can easily fit time with your lovely pets into my daily schedule. I'm free any time after 11AM because I get my brother on the bus at around nine in the morning. Since I'm still learning how to drive, I typically take the bus, train, or Uber to get around. The only thing I know is that I might have to wait until about 5 PM for my mom to return if she works overtime on a Friday, but that rarely ever happens. There is a chance that my schedule can improve so make sure to keep an eye out! I treat every pet under my care as if they were a member of my own family. Making them feel secure, understood, and loved is always my top priority. By feeding them on time, taking them for walks or play, and making sure they receive lots of attention and are comfortable, I try to keep things as simple as possible. I make sure they have everything they require, keep their area neat, and regularly change their water. To reassure the owner that their pet is happy, safe and in good care, I also provide updates and pictures
